When I opened my eyes, I found myself in a place I didn’t recognize.

The only thing I had to guide me was my phone.

In order to regain my memories and return, I had to raise the targets’ favorability levels and achieve a special ending.

Because of that, I got entangled with the targets, working diligently to increase their favorability, one by one.

At first glance, everything seemed to be going fine—until I got a new notification.

『 Targets are assigned up to five favorability hearts.

Once you reach six hearts, the target will enter an ‘overheat’ state, greatly increasing the chances of facing a drastic ending. 』

“Wait… how many hearts did I have earlier?” I was about to check the system window when I heard footsteps approaching.

I liked this so much I finished reading it on Ridi (also read the R19 side stories). The story is great except... I expected romance as is listed and since this was R15 I expected partial love scenes. Don't expect any love from the female lead. This was a suspense thriller and intense and so much violence and blood shed at the end. I couldn't even hate the villain in the story. It is just sad and sad. But do read it. Highly suggested.

I don't see too many reviews, and this novel has a a bit of a low rating so I want to balance it out. Every love interest in this novel is absolutely insane and I can't help but feel fear when I go through each chapter.

I actually quite like the heroine. She's very passive and not very smart, but she's quick on the uptake and values her own life. She has a lot of fear, but if you regard the personalities of the love interests, the fact that she has... more>> the will to continue is a lot better than that of a normal person. She really is trying her best, and is a moral person who makes mistakes like anyone else because she values her freedom.

As for the LI... I don't have any good feelings for them, but that may be because I haven't finished the novel. Abrasive, violent, with terrifying desire to possess the heroine, for me, I fear them more than I like them. One is jealous to the point of explosion, another is terribly violent, ugh it's all very scary. The Crown Prince specifically is the one who is the most frightening to me, but maybe it's because I'm not into his type of character...?

Although I complain about the men in her harem, I do like this book a lot, mostly because it's fun to read something that genuinely instills fear and stress into me without explicitly being a horror novel.

The final male lead should be Skylar, and I also think he is the most respectable one so far. The crown prince should also be the villain of the story? There is another hidden love interest, a crossdresser, is apparently just as insane as everyone else once he falls in love with the heroine. The final plot twist has something to do with regressions and is a very sad story.

I'm dropping this.

  1. The MTL version of the writing is dry and make me feels so uncomfortable, and the FL is honestly pissing me off with her passiveness even if it's due to amnesia. The writing style also create the impression that the FL is always on edge, careful of the MLs and being distant from them. It irks me, when she needs to get close to them but doesn't act so (I know MLs are deranged and definitely not stable but still).
  2. Reading the spoilers the story honestly seemed more like tragedy than anything. There is no romance, or very little but even then it's more like some kind of desperation between broken people. Everybody is pitiful, and the everything just seems so gloomy and depressed. The ending was also very disappointing
However I'm giving it 2 stars, since I have to admit that it's a pretty good psychological tragedy-romance story.

one was too petulant and stalker-ish for me, one is too handsy and lecherous, one is too indifferent (and I suppose for the majority of novel, he'll remain the same) and one is the personality incarnate of those exaggeratedly proportioned male bodies in manhwas, but possibly the only likeable one as well. It's worse because they all mostly have the same color pattern.

And let's not forget the MC herself, who's practically a copy of a cardboard cutout and has zero personality. She keeps letting herself be dragged around by the obnoxious mls, which was frankly annoying to read about.

The plot feels slow too, and nothing much happens for about fifty chapters at least.

I was looking for some cute reverse harem otome game-like story, not a novel full of psychopaths where in the end, the MC ends up with one of them anyway. I feel like the confinement troupe is too repetitive for these type of extreme yandere stories, and all of them converge into the same person when they do become yanderes with little to no distinctness, and I really wanted the MC to fight back and be strong instead of being stomped down and caged.
