This fanfic was written by a true TYPE-MOON fan with very good understanding of the stories behind it. The fanfic puts the MC through each of those parallel worlds in a way that makes a the story flows well and makes logical sense. A must read if you want to make sense of the whole different type-moon franchises. This is very rare for fanfic or a Chinese novel to have.

The translations are very good. You can see it wasn’t machine translated like many of the fanfic translations on here.

Even though it's supposed to be a comedy. This is not a comedy. You need to have an IQ5 to bring a strange kid from the street. I don't see any other reason than the mental imbecility of the mother figure. Unfortunately, this piece of the story already shows the intellectual level of the story. That is, for idiots with IQ5. Score minus 100

A good and well done writing. The most enjoyable so far. The author perfectly use all characters description and personality to its fullest and more reasonable. He even including the lore of some character that some people may not know. Everything focus on characters growth not just the MC but all. It can be emotional sometime.

I hope this work can become canon someday it was so good.

I'm kinda mixed on this novel, honestly. Though I'd absolutely recommend giving it a read, because the first arc (~100 chaps) is absolute f*cking GOLD. The character development and characterization was pretty much on point, sticking to the spirit of the original characters while exploring a 4th Grail War that played out entirely differently than any of the others. When talking about the first arc alone, I'd say it might make it into my top 10 all time favorites.

Sadly, after that, it deteriorates slightly. Don't get me wrong, it's still... more>> a very well written book, and very enjoyable. But while the first arc is fast paced, with inspired writing that grabs you and pulls you into the story, reading for hours while it feels like only minutes have passed, after that it just kind of... Tapers off. Still a good fic, but without the same gripping immersion and vivid emotions of the first arc.

Ironically, it almost feels to me like the first arc ruined the rest of the book. If a book improves from mediocre to good as you read it, that leaves you at least somewhat satisfied. If a book deteriorates from borderline masterpiece to very good, that leaves you with a sense of disappointment, even though it's better than the first example.

I won't dive too deeply into what I like about the book, because there's a LOT there and would have to contain heavy spoilers, but I will say that the first arc is a must-read for ANY Type-Moon fan, and at that point you can either stop or continue as you wish. <<less

If you like Fate fix-fics, you'll probably like this. If you don't like characters acting OC and the author taking some liberties with the rules of the setting you might not like this.

Personally this is one of my favorite Fate fanfics, the quality of the writing is pretty decent, with the author actually being pretty creative sometimes and the protagonist actually being really proactive. However the author tends to take some liberties with powers and the OC Shirou gets a lot more power and pulls off various things that are... more>> a bit of a stretch so depending how hardline you are on Nasu lore this might put you off.

Its fairly consistent with its theme, and is able to somewhat justify the way things go in the story in a way that's consistent with Fate rules. Its also narratively connected in a way that I see few fanfics are, with the MCs actions continuously snowballing and some actual foreshadowing in places.

Overall it hit a lot of the notes that I wanted in a fix-fic and game pretty happy endings for a lot of characters I liked and goes though most of the expanded Fate setting while placing its own spin on things based on the consequences of the protagonists actions.

In Summary, I liked the plot, some of the characters were kinda OC, it follows the rules of the setting mostly, but takes some liberties in places but does its best to justify those liberties in the framework of Nasu rules. <<less
