The story is betraying the whole premise it set up un the beginning. The title said he become strong because of farming skills, but that's a bull, he only being strong for less than 30 chapters then he becomes a useless guy which always running away from orcs that wanted to rape him. It's a running gag that the author thought it's funny but it's not. He can just punch the orcs and be done with it but he always running away like a sissy, and other characters have to... more>> save him by killing the weak orcs for him. It completely breaks the MC's character.

Other than that, this WN is full of inconcistencies, deus ex machina, forced plot twists one after another, random filler inserts right after introducing an important problem and ended up ignoring it for far too long, introducing something which seemingly important but being scrapped away in the middle of the story (I'm looking at you, "status card", "skill acquisition" and "status"). <<less

This story is a rather casual and relaxing read. It may mean nothing since it has only begun, but that is the general feel I get and expect. I thought for a bit before I settled on rating it a four. My own rating system of 5 stars is: 1 so terrible that I bothered rating it at all to show how bad, 2 not too bad but not good, 3 average/“good” read that while nothing too innovative or outstanding it is executed well for what it is and is... more>> fine to read to pass the time, 4 above average where everything is starting to step into the realm of greatness but still has some way to go to make me eager for an update, 5 greatness that is probably as close to perfection as it gets where I am eagerly awaiting on the edge of my seat for the next one and may even finding myself counting down and constantly resetting. It should be noted that the gap between 4 and 5 is larger than the rest. I was thinking of making this a 3 as the translation is fine, plot isn’t too original but it put its own spin on things to not be tedious, chapter length is short which helps give the story a more casual feel, and that it is honest with what it is: a story that is there to be enjoyed. But because it went above “average” in all of this, it established itself a 4 as a decent casual read that while it may not give you a high a great 5 would, it still is better than some other stories to pass the time with when you don’t have the solid 5 to read, and there are only 3 and below to settle for. <<less

I thought it was gonna be some laid back story about an overpowered farmer but after 9 chapters of going "I'LL STAY AS A FARMER MY WHOLE LIFE", a few words from his village's chief and he's all, "Oh, okay. I'll try living another life then besides farming.". Wow. Where did your "solid" determination and will go? He's the type of character that says "I won't do it!" but does it in the end anyway. This trait can be seen as cute or good in some stories but it's poorly... more>> executed here it actually irritated me. This guy is probably the type to be forced to do things and get involved in troublesome events for no good reason other than being forced by his surroundings.

Also, the princess honestly annoys me so far. <<less

A generic OP isekai with gaming element but without the isekai highschool MC. Just a generic 16 yrs old. If you hate OP isekai MC then just do yourself a favor and skip this outright. Even the power up moment is so generic it make one roll their eyes.

Farming at Lv 9:

Lv 24: HP: x**, MP: xx, ATK: xx, DEF: xx, Magic ATK: xx, Magic DEF: xx, WIT: xx

... more>> Farming at Lv 10:

Lv 24: x1000 to all stats

If you notice that MC "wits" also increase by 1000 times but he is still a generic moron that are afraid of everything. Also the first thing he said when seen his new stat is "heh, it is part of my farming skill so I guess it just normal". I believe there should be a negative "-" sigh for the MC wits stat as he clearly show a lacking in the brain department. <<less

The scaling of power is too drastic. If he wasn't so feeble when talking to strong willed people he would have stayed a farmer. He gained his power increase by maxing out skills related to farming. Instead of utilizing the ability he gained to go down a path of god hood he begrudgingly became an adventurer.
