Jin lost consciousness in a traffic accident and woke up to find himself transformed into a character in a game world. Moreover, he became one of the top-tier villains, the lowest of the low, which was so shocking that he almost passed out again.

However, he realized that the story began about three years before and resolved to survive even if it meant changing this character’s fate. Starting with planning to escape from his house, he was unexpectedly able to break free from the curse of his home and began to live in the outside world.

Though he was the lowest of the low characters, he was also the strongest character in the game world. Utilizing his strength and knowledge of the game, Jin’s life in the game world began.

Not really interesting so far. The story bend too much for the protagonist to my taste. He quit his family, then became an adventurer. When he went to buy his gear, he went to a shop he knew deal with good stuff, but have no money. No big deal, the owner instinct will tell it's a good investment and give it for basically free. Mind you, his first gears are made of dragon skin. The street vendor will nicely give him free food too. Because he will close soon and... more>> can't eat it since his wife berate him to stay slim. He quickly became famous by doing quest that takes multiples days in one go. But because the guild master put him in a pedestal, he will take responsibility and protect his anonymity while he did nothing except being a good and fast newbi. I also dislike the protag constantly talking about the original game. That doesn't bother me in others story, but I find him rude in this one. The protag doesn't seam have trouble in this new world. He behaves perfectly well, conscious of being into a real world with real people, but at the same time he just refers to others as NPC as if he believes the world is just a game. While he notices some stuff like NPC behaving like actual people and not program.

As chapter 21, he didn't have any struggle despite few narrative arcs already. A struggle ? My mistake, I wanted to say "a sweat". <<less

This novel is honestly very underwhelming. While it is supposed to be a part of the "game reincarnation" genre, it fails to utilize that setting in any meaningful way. The MC has no objective other than "avoid the game settings" and does absolutely nothing to try and achieve this. The MC constantly mentions that he wants to lay low and avoid the game characters, while actively choosing to amass a harem of game characters. At one point the MC even has an inner monologue about this point (probably because the... more>> author realized this contradiction), saying "I'm supposed to be avoiding characters, but they just keep appearing... oh well".

At this point the novel has devolved into a plain "secretly overpowered MC" story with no objective other than making money for no end objective. Even considering that, the MC is only considered OP in an uninspired way (He has increased growth rate, that's it). It is exceedingly boring and the only reason why I kept reading past chapter 30 was to give it a fair chance before reviewing. Even if you enjoy the secretly OP genre, this one is not worth your time. All that being said, nothing in the novel is egregiously bad so I will begrudgingly give it a 2/5 rating.

Rating the English translation, it is basically "edited MTL". I even hesitate to call it "edited" because there are a ton of editing mistakes such as changing names of characters and titles. It's more like "proofread MTL" because the sentence structure flows well, even if the contents are convoluted and mis-labeled. To illustrate this point, the primary support character (the receptionist) has about 5 different re-spellings of her name from Fine to Fiine to Feine to Fiene, etc. Although it is not a complete slog to go through, you can tell that the translator is just "phoning it home" and does not care to have any consistency in his translation. I give the English translation a 2/5 because it is "readable" even if it has overall poor quality. <<less

The story is average to me about 2.5, I love to read a remake where they show the MC struggle to be OP. I get that he have potential but at the MC kinda bit OP at the start. This only works if there's other OP characters but right now the story only introduce 1. The only struggle in this is where he try to learn swordsmanship. Lastly the translation is so bad, it feel like the they copy and paste the novel on google translate.
