Not sure what I just read. But I think the guy is kind of a drama king. The main character is too pessimistic so far. Personally, I would prefer an energetic character. However, that might change in the future so we just have to wait

Honestly, I did not come into this story expecting it to be decent. It may have been the translation quality initially that set me off, but as I read, I realized some of the characters spoke in a specific way, and as I picked up on, the slight shifts in what was being said make me realize that it showed the MC coming out of his shell.
