I found myself possessed inside a game that I both love and pride myself on being good at.

But the trait of the extra I possessed seems a bit strange.

[Due to the trait, your stats will no longer grow.]

Wait, I’m just about to enter the academy—can this really be okay?

    Good Concept, Disastrous Execution

This novel is simply not worth the time. Despite having an intriguing premise, it falls apart immediately due to transparent weak storytelling and poor execution.

The protagonist is introduced without depth or context, merely described as a "freak gamer" without any meaningful backstory to make the character interesting or relatable. The lack of a proper introduction makes it difficult to invest in the story.

The academy segment is especially frustrating. The theory test is predictably aced without problem, but the practical portion—consisting of endless duels between students, in this... more>> case the MC vs. Everyone else—feels completely illogical. It’s hard to understand how this qualifies as a proper test, leaving the setup feeling absurd and unconvincing.

The romance fares no better, relying heavily on harem clichés and unnecessary commentary from side characters who contribute little beyond praising the protagonist for trivial accomplishments. Barely any interaction can attract the heroines hearts—no effort in this department.

While the concept shows promise, the lack of structure, logic, and engaging character development makes this a frustrating and ultimately disappointing read. <<less
