In the past life... well, I don't know how to say this... Was ML an idiot? Yeah... but look, it's not because he's had a horrible past and wants to take it out on the MC, or because he takes serious pleasure in seeing the MC suffer... (Actually he has a little bit at first) But the thing is, he has mental issues. Something that came with him, I don't know what illness he has... but he is very aggressive towards everyone. The MC (gong) was not mistreated, he has a great family, but due to lack of communication, there were some misunderstandings that were resolved later. His family is super adorable. Of course the MC could have been healing before he found the ML, but before he was alone (the MC thought he was) and he also hated taking medication for controlling emotions, because it had strong side effects. Anyway, the point is that it wasn't out of pure evil and being a scrotum, he liked ML (shou) at first sight, but he didn't know what it was to treat well and that torturing and beating wouldn't make someone like you (the MC only saw violence and almost always lived out of control, since he didn't take the medicine). Well, later he learned... So I won't say more about this issue. It's just that, I don't want to say that the MC is a scum, because I don't think he was... a scum, he's good, very good (but he was bad mentally). Oh and about ML's mother... well, he doesn't hate her, I have nothing to say... She (as well as the MC) did something wrong, it's unfortunate... but anyway, let's not go back to that. Am I blaming too much on the MC's illness and taking responsibility for what he did? I don't think so, he did something wrong... but it was under the influence of the disease, of course if he was well and had the knowledge he acquired from his mother and brother, then he would never do that with his love at first sight.

In the end, I really like the interaction between Mo Li and Bai Cheng, I really like it and I wish long lives together.

Actually gong is just like his father, a 3 year old child and he likes to be hit by his wife.... Just kidding, gong doesn't like to be spanked, but he likes to provoke shou every 3 seconds.

As there is no review here, I just want to drop mine.

This is such a heart warming and fluffy novel. It do not contain heavy plot twist or heavy drama. If you are looking for that kind of things, you better not try this. But the relationship between MC and ML is really cute and beautiful. There's no unnecessary misunderstandings and sacrifices.

It may be your typical Prince charming and Cinderella kind of school romance. But Gong's doting on shou and the freshness of teenage love make this novel a worth... more>> to try. As he is the adult man in the body of teenage boy, the face slapping to bullies and protectiveness over Shou is satsifying to read.

I also love that this novel is a MC gong novel (Written from Seme's POV), which is relatively rare in danmei.

Gong was such a jerk at first in their previous life. Although he had mental problems, he did a lot of wrong doings to Shou. But he did regret later and they become loving couple untill Shou died of cancer

This is nice novel. As a fan of rebirth bl s, I think this novel is worth your time. And the way MoLi act before rebirth can be disturbing for some people but considering the fact he was sick and didn't cheat or anything I think he is fine. And after rebirth they were so sweet.

I love their interaction and their happy story. It funny at times after rebirth. I'm also glad they overcome their past. It's a good book. I was almost put off by the high 1star rating but I must write a review to pull the rating back up.

Glad I didn't and get to finish the book. 🤩🤩🤩🥰😍 Although the tags is a little off-putting, but please give this book a chance. It happen and redemption is there.

The romance is good, there's also a bit of bittersweet. I love their relationship where each of them supported the other, no unnecessary misunderstanding. Besides, the comedy is also very good, the interaction between the characters cracks me up from time to time. I highly recommend it, especially for those who are looking for some romance with a good plot but not heavy, dog blooded story.
