Or maybe it was because, I was expecting him to interact more with the kids, but most of the story goes, MC transmigrates 》Poor Quality of Life 》 MC need sto make their lives better (working making business etc. 》 The kid grows up, only sometimes thinking about what MC taught him/her before or how amazing MC was (more like a mini flashback) 》 Plot explains where MC was 》 Then what happened to the villains 》 MC is old and nearly dead, and quick summary (sometimes none) of the life of the kids.

You would be expecting to see how he guides or teaches the kids but no. That was it.

Though, I like how this MC was not like the other when he comes in to these worlds. He does some hard rough work instead of instantly dabbling in business, trading, hacking money etc. He was once a garbage man, a construction worker, a vendor, a carpenter for a large period of time before he builds his business in those worlds.

the last 2 worlds I read were what caused me to drop it tho. The first was a world with a VR version of plants versus zombies and at the beginning it was very interesting. It broke the usual routine of taking revenge for his users. At the beginning it seemed like the MC had to take revenge on the worlds protagonist and his scum wife but gradually it is revealed that the original owner of the body was the true scum and that the dude was so delusional that the memories the MC inherent were false. I was actually very into it till it went down hill.

we meet the worlds protagonist and it turns out that the dude is a regressor. I was so hyped “a world hopper vs a regressor? Heck yes!” But then the arc cuts in the middle, theres no battle and it turns out that the regressor is the mc’s wife’s long lost younger brother. They become cozy and live happily ever after. The End.

just like that the arc ends right in the middle of the good part and we even get an authors note about how this world is actually just advertising for his other novel in which the regressor dude is the MC. I was so disappointed 😔.

i was hoping that the next world would make up for it but the system (whos been missing for quite a few worlds) comes back, f*cks up, and sends the MC so some dangerous world, accidentally gives the MC amnesia and further more he cant access the shop cuz of the same “error”.

after that I was like “yep this is going down hill, im out! It was fun while it lasted”
