This is good, you'd think that it would be really smut type but it wasn't. I almost cried but everything turned out alright. I do wish it was more than just a one shot though.

As the other reviewers said, a surprisingly sweet and cute short story. I think there's a second part, but I almost don't need it because the first chapter felt so complete. I didn't know slime could be so cute!

It's quite cute actually, despite being sort of strange. The adventurer is kind and seems to cherish the presence of the slime, while the slime protects the adventurer. The slime confesses his love for the adventurer and the adventurer reciprocates. Overall, it's short, simple, and wholesome and I genuinely enjoyed reading it.

i feel so weird reading this? The innocence of the slime is reminding me of a child's innocence and it doesn't sit right with me (especially during *those* parts) anyway, it's cute and all but when I had that thought midway through the story, I was just feeling awkward the whole time.

The slime is so cute and innocent. 😭 As a slime who mimics humans, he is like a white sheet, without any knowledge of worldly matters, and clueless about the carnal desire.

Since his personality and behavior are like that of a child, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable with the sudden smut. His master is such a predator. To think that he even started with a child... I want to swear at him so bad. Although it's true that he appeared to cherish the little slime a lot, I still... more>> feel their dynamic is somewhat strange.

In this story, the little slime is practically a shield for the master. Although he didn't feel pain, my heart still aches whenever I see him block all the attacks for the man with his body. 🥺

Was just pressing the random button to read some random novel and I found this masterpiece. It's only one chapter for now but it's totally worth it. Just give it a try, it's only one chapter and it will only take a few minutes. It's very wholesome. (Totally not recommended for those who don't know what slimes do obviously)

This was cute and a bit tearjerking but it's a happy end so that's good, it's one of those novels where a bit more expansion on the story would be nice.

My favorite kind of novel. Not many characters, no complex plot and no superfluous language. It's humorous, touching and fluffy all at the same time.

The love story between a slime and a high ranked adventurer, although the way the story was translated and published didn’t give direct insight on what happened, I think the difficulties of love between a slime and an adventurer was clearly displayed. A bit unexpected especially when one of the story tags is smut. (*｀へ´*)

Everyone said it was fluffy and I couldn't find anything on smut so I read it and I have to say it in my opinion just fluff nothing more bc the smut scenes were described in a summary.

Pretty fine to me, and tbh it's cute tho from what I read on the translation I i couldn't really grab what happen but it's all fine bc they love eo so much, I wish there was more : (
