Novel not recommended to read.

The first half of the novel is about Mc’s growth and being picked up by her dad. The second is more plot intrigue and MC hanging out. Honestly, the first part is the main highlight but even then there’s far too little interactions between MC and her family.

The main issue of the novel is the inconsistent and moronic Mc: Constantly stuck between more mature and complete idiot, the MC often acts without any common sense. She’s constantly causing problems and messing around. From getting stuck in... more>> trees to being lost in mazes, MC will discover a way to cause trouble even with a mansion full of servants ready to care for her. Even with memories of a life from modern day Korea, she somehow can’t understand simple things like family affection or how to ask for help. Author also makes the depiction of her abuse early in life rather strange. MC constantly has outlandish worries that make no sense, like being worried her family is too nice and too rich. It’s really annoying.

Ultimately, MC is cute but that doesn’t stop the fact of how ridiculous she continually acts near the start, and continues to do so later on as she learns how to carry herself in society. As for her interactions with mages and villains, all of that gets even worse later on.

P.S. I get the feeling a lot of those kind of mediocre stories want to show the dramatic contrast between Mc’s past and future lives, but they keep not being able to demonstrate how the MC should actually be using their memories. <<less
