Truthfully... The MC is very selfish, childish, a brat and ungrateful. She does things that hurts the ML's feelings but blames it on him. I would have forgiven her for being naive and it was her first relationship, but she had 2 previous boyfriends and she didn't learn to be serious in either relation. ML is not mean to her, he does bully her but in that primary school level which is more like a baffling kind of bullying than out right harassment. She does cry and never looks into her own behavior. eg when she tells him that she does not want to be seen with him and he asks her if she really doesnt want to be seen with him and she says yes. He leaves in anger and she blames it on him for leaving her alone. MC is a spoilt brat but because the Author keeps trying to excuse her actions as being cute. You being to wonder if you are reading the start of a transmigration/counter attack book and this is the back story of a white lotus that is actually a horrible character made forcefully "cute" and there will be a side character who is supposed to make her regret her behavior. MC also sells the gift ML sends her because she cannot finish the fruit basket and its a waste and ML meets MC and she asks him to sell it with her. I dont understand why she is such a ungrateful person. I get that you may not be able to finish the fruits but couldnt she share it with other instead of trying to make a profit. She says things that really makes her look like a B**** but because she is "cute" and the MC all her actions seem to be accepted. I understand the low stars for this. But I have only read half of it and it hurts my head wondering how people like this MC..
BUT to each their own.. I hate Mary Sue characters or naive/cute ones who think just by smiling everything will be ok. She seems like an unrealistic character.
