A heartwarming and amazing story.

Super enjoyable. Things are not so smooth that it is boring but any problems are not drawn out or relationship-ending. Both characters are super loyal and never get lured by side hoez.
there is literally only one thing that kinda bothered me but it was included in like 2 chapters

Definitely very very cute and very very fluff. I like my stories where the ML falls in love first but this is good too. I like how trusting they are with each other and how in love they are that they can't get enough with each other.

The thing that blindsided me though is the death of her nephew. I was actually expecting that there would be an arc for him where FL tries to get him from her irresponsible sister. But he died and I cried buckets. He was only mentioned in a few sentences that I could count in one hand throughout the novel but his death was a big smack to me. I feel so sad that he died. I don't if it was intended or it was done like this to end the story faster but I still really feel bad about Xiao Bao dying huhuhuhu.

So good! MC is sweet and determined, not scheming or anything. ML is a boss, which is not really surprising but hey, he's not domineering, not rude, not possessive, doesn't treat her bad at first. He has a clear goal, he didn't like her at first and thus decisively ignored her, after getting interested at her, he puts effort.

The summary doesn't do this justice, I really thought MC would film the thing written on summary. It was that summary that pulled me in but in the end, it was only... more>> mentioned in passing which is sad because imagine the power it wiuld hold if it was like the summary.

Anyway, its still good. Sweet, cute. The third parties are easily disposed of and have less screentime. The main couple doesn't let any misunderstanding ensue and they trust each other.

Though, (why minus 1 star) I dont know if its the editing or just how it was written by the author but it lacks style. I don't know how to explain it clearly but the writing was somehow put off. Short, sweet, a bit overly dramatic cannon foddery, absolutely chaotic comedic.

First off, romance was great. This is the first novel I came across where it had the MC chase after ML without any prior destiny like reasoning (reborn trope, transmigration trope etc.).
And yay for it not being a transmigration novel so we can temporarily give hacks and plot advanced knowledge a kick in the bucket, tyvm.
The ML is stoic and doesn't know the other s*x all too much but it drastically changed thanks to MC who turned him into a naughty cheeky sweet BF.
The pace of how they got together might've been a bit too quickly, or at least, should've given us a POV of ML because it was really a instant switch from -do what you want- to a -fine I'll play along, hard- mode.
Also also, synopsis? HUGE mislead, yeet that into the tr*sh can as well.
Only the last sentence/title was accurate. The rest is all misleading. MC never minded the fact she was playing the villain role or the seductress role that makes people fume, ML never minded the fact that MC's reputation was terrible (he just rarely interacted with women and had no interest in relationships and was temp. baffled by such a proactive gal). Her terrible reputation from the get go was due to brain dead fans (Kelly Marie Tran X Star Wars drama, if anyone recalls) but just permanently throughout her celeb career.
The drama... is... ehhhhhhhh, MC can stand up for herself but it never felt all too refreshing as romance was in the forefront but drama... boi the drama kept coming back.
It's like there's a garden party going on but out there VS a construction site on the other end of the street, and they're both competing who can be louder. It mashes terribly together. side note: Translation was great! Story: Tad rushed? Dramas were weirdly resolved.

Adorable short novel. Heartwarming and fluffy for sure.

However, the description of the novel is not true. The male lead is not even once bothered or inconvenienced by her bad "reputation". He does not demand anything of her like a stuck up arrogant alpha-male. Some might want to read this novel based on their expectations of that kind of ML or vice versa, and not even start reading it, so do what you will with this information.

The novel makes quick work of romantic progress, not making anything ambiguous so that we... more>> can get to the fluffy part fast.

Will make you laugh with FL's actions and thoughts and leave you smiling from the sugar. <<less

Good, short heartwarming novel.

a fun one! The FL is really charming, making the first move to chase after ml. ML seems like ur typical cold CEO, but he's in reality so sweet and caring towards fl, their interactions made me go aww that's so cute. Their romance progressed quite fast, but in a smooth way, and the side characters made the novel continuously interesting with not a boring part in sight. Honestly, their romance is one the sweetest ones out there, they're a well-matched fictional couple.

Very good! Such an excellent story line and great translation that I couldn't resist writing the review. The only issue I had was the summary didn't match the story line well.

The MC doesn't actually order the company to change her image. The character change was done on a whim during the last few chapters and didn't last. He actually fell for her adorable personality instead of looking at rumors.

I also loved that the characters were different from the norm. The ML was patient, understanding and all around an ideal boyfriend. Even when the MC was slandered she rejected his help, instead of sulking or just taking over like the usual overbearing CEO, he just sat back and proudly watched over his little wifey.

The only draw back I had in the storyline was her nephew. I predicted that at the end they would either face slap the sister and rescue him or that the sister would get her written ending and the nephew would be adopted by them. But I can't take a star away, unfortunately it fit in with the story well enough and tragic events are a given in everyone's life.

Very light, fluffy read but very satisfying. Also, it's serendipitous. The charity gala is not the first time they met. They met years ago when he was a soldier but he didn't recognize her. Cute, funny, great translation! I loved the characters and the story is so down to earth ❤️❤️

Finally a good funny bg story. Love the MC so much. She just so funny and straightforward. ML so sweet and of course the typical pampering her much and lots of fluff. MC character abit like Noble Wife Wants No Love vibe, but she is much sweeter to ML because she loves him first and trying to woo the ML anyway she can.

Very good short read. Just love the “ president fall in love with me “ tropes. Lolol.

Initially, I'm hooked by the description. Love story about an actress and a soldier? Count me in. But after reading it for a few chapters, I'm disappointed because the story turned to be another love story about an actress and a CEO.

Very nice! The FL is my favorite. She is a strong woman who knows how to defend herself, but she also possesses a subtle fragility that distinguishes her. I adore the ML as well! Despite being in the typical cold personality setting, his character is far from bland! He's caring, gentle, a bit of a brute, and a pe*vert. *coughs*

The story was a mix of bitter and sweet, I enjoyed it, even if some parts could be questionable in regards to how things would be taken care of in real life yet at the same time isn't just full of unreal concepts or plot points. The FL wasn't a no brainer who knows nothing about the world and the ML never acted too late in regarding to explaining misunderstandings that would arrive. The pacing was perfect for me.
