I believe the tags are very loose, and inaccurate. First of all, having completed the web novel in JP, there is no ecchi or fanservice. It is also a very tragic story for the protagonist, and tragedy should be a tag on there as well as SOL as it plays out in a bit of a slice of life manner in the beginning but soon later develops into a much darker series of arcs.
