The only way to heal the Heavenly Demon is to take a person with an extreme yin constitution. Thus, Hoyeon is sold off to quell the Heavenly Demon’s fiery energy.

Despite not having the extreme yin constitution, Hoyeon, with hair as white as snow, heads from the North Sea Ice Palace to the Demonic Sect’s Hundred Thousand Great Mountains.

On the way, they are attacked by an unknown force.

A man named Mugyeong saves Hoyeon’s life.

Despite his incredible martial prowess, Mugyeong lives like a loafer, and the more you know him, the more suspicious he becomes.

With Mugyeong’s help, Hoyeon arrives safely at the Demonic Sect, but fails to meet the Heavenly Demon and ends up living with Mugyeong.
