I disagree with previous reviewer that said the female MC was to shameless and sexually aggressive toward our male MC. I have seen a lot of 'shameless' MC, but this one is pretty normal considering they are ex. You don't go around and beat the bush as if it your was your first date. Tbh, kissing and touching your lover isn't shameless in anyway /shrug. Unless you expect every FMC to be pure white lotus.

She's definitely brave and to the point. I appreciate how she made her decision, even when she know some might look down on her for it. For example, going abroad as journalist even when ML and her family was against it.

It's definitely better to read this novel in one sitting. The pacing feels more like reading printed novel than a web novel, so not every chapter will have a conflict and cliff hanger that will keep you engaged in reading.

Latest chapter 15.

This novel be liked or disliked by readers. The MC is very SHAMELESS and sexually aggressive towards the ML, the ML is rather rude and a bit cold to the MC, but it seems there's a story behind that. It really depends whether this novel is your cup of tea or not.

I really liked it and am hoping for more. This is rather refreshing to read.

The MC is shameless, and definitely with many faults, but I like her type of shamelessness. I can feel her boldness, the courage,... more>> and dedication towards her job. Her pursuing the ML shamelessly seems like she wants to make amends and at the same time to not have any regrets. Usual tropes of such novels would be: I have hurt you by leaving, now I'm back but I dare not approach you because I don't deserve you after what happened, and we both do some shitty dogblood drama before coming together in the end... But this MC doesn't follow that, instead pursuing the angry ML to the point of being thick faced (which some readers may not like as MC seemed kinda wanton sometimes, but that I like).

Her shameless comeback pursuit has a reason..

it's mostly because her experiences as a war correspondent made her realize many things that at very important such as life and ML whom she left etc

It is still at chap 15 so the are still much development to come. I like the s*xual tension between them because of the MC's bold pursuit.

Now again, I really liked it so I'm off to read raw chapters of Google translate. Definitely though, once the translated chaps are out, I'll reread them. <<less

What happened between me and him can't be explained in a few words, so I won't talk about the past. Anyway, I want to be with him, and this matter is not going away.

The story is angsty and s*xual tension is everywhere. Women chasing men isn't everyones cup of tea. So if you're looking for a soft spoken school belle loved by most, envied by some or a CEO in his rolls royce burning money for the FL, then this is not for you.

Oh yes, she is, quite creative at that, and she admitted it so. It's already 2023, this shouldn't be so rare. As FL said, she almost died so she have to get him back, regardless of the past, regardless if he had forgiven her.

Things I've read when a woman chases the man.

-If one only know how to act shyly or reservedly, the person they love will only be snatched away by someone who is neither shy not reserved.
-men like them (cold and indifferent who thought they don't need love) need a woman to do the chasing.

She's sexually aggressive? I don't think so. They were once lovers who have done everything a couple can do. Young, passionate lovers who did the deed indoors and outdoors. Besides, whenever she's being sneaky, she tried probing first and if he didn't refuse thats when she pressed harder. Another thing, it's not like they had s*x during the "chasing" period. She just touches his abs, kiss his cheeks and talk dirty. Furthermore, we can actually see that ML quite love it when she did so. And if FL is shameless, how about the ML? He addressed himself as "brother Lu lu" infront of her (brother lu is used by close friends, brother lu lu is for "the girlfriend only), if that is not leading her on, I dont know what is

I wonder why the rating is so low. But hell, I no longer trust the ratings. There are less than 4 star rating novels which are better than those 4.5 or up and this is definitely one of those. <<less

personally I dont think the FL is sexually aggresicve towards the ML yet she is indeed shameless hahah.

moreover, there is no explicity description stated that both of them broke up during those 3 years. So I guess it is just a usual couple thing of being aggressive?

however, I felt that FL tends to run from the problems instead of facing it or discussing it with the ML
