4 stars but conditional on reading the prequel first and taking the two as one story.

This one stands on its own better than the prequel but they still really should be read together. The title could be changed to "Love in the time of dense yanderes" and it would much better capture the story. It's quite a joy watching the two torture each other with their density and possessiveness

HAH. Not only dense... bold to a fault. Well, the other party is possesive but calculated in a passive manner.

With both the prequel and this story, the humor becomes stronger. The misunderstandings are pretty amusing if you add them together.

I don't mind the ultra-dense MC in this situation because it was clearly done for comedy.

Would read more oneshots like this.

MC was jealous if ML was near any woman but she herself got close to another man although she did it to "help" him. When she was reminded that ML would be angry if she was too close to the man, MC was confused about ML's reason to be angry. She was so annoyingly dense.

And where's the conclusion of the attendant and the baker girl's relationship from the prequel? So their relationship were over just like that?

Well... I really like this story, it's cute, sweet and funny.

If you read the prequel you will enjoy it a lot more (I guarantee).

I also like the characters (even tho I dont particullary like dense characters), because they work well with this kind of short and fluffy story.
