Don't be misled by the ratings. This novel is actually AMAZING! Part of the drawback is the confusing prologues. Start from prologue 2 (prologue 1 isn't needed). The first few chapters are a little dark, but that is so the author can give more depth and juxtapose it with the happiness found in the odd master/servant relationship. Severely underrated by weak hearted people. This is how society in the middle ages worked, s*avery was common (except the magic colar part and magic in general). Though the cannibalism component is questionable and probably added for a shock effect. Translation is good and story is decent so far.

Haha! This story... not long enough for me to compare with it;s dark but good prequel, but the low rating surprises me to say the least. It's a dark and cute story that doesn't try censor things, but again, similar to it's prequel - dark and cute.

While still in it's infancy of translation this sorry had gripped me, while not being to over the top the characters seem likable and their motivations genuine.

While the premises if the story seem sudden at the start the way the story flows from one event too the next seems natural and continually reinforce established facts about or characters while developing then further.

I personally look forward to watching Eri's journeys and can't wait to see what happens next.

OK, currently I'm at chapter three, but I'm planning to read until chapter seven today.

Anyway, I will just give a brief overview of the story.

The main character is basically an odd mixture, in terms of personality, of Shiba Tatsuya and Naguma Hajime. Reasons would be that she doesn't seem to show much emotion, enjoys messing with people, and is ruthless towards her enemies.

loved the prequel, by default I was bound to like the sequel, the start of the story may be hard on weak hearted people... honestly I don t think is that big of a deal tough, I like the connections that it does with the prequel (Hakai me no Yuuri) and I strongly advice to read it first since it is a really good read (one of my favourite so far) and doing so you avoid to spoil it.

I kind of really like this. There's no tragedy tag but the MC has had pretty sad things happen to her. The only reason I can think of this getting some negative ratings is because of the 's*avery' in the story. It is uncomfortable reading about it, but fortunately the mc's s*ave master is good.

Read if you enjoy novels with child s*ave MCs who love their owner oh so very much just b/c he treats her with absolute basic human decency if you ignore the part where he has no problem buying a child he knows was ens*aved for literally no reason besides that she was caught by s*avers and using her as a meatshield.
