Summoned into an alternate world of Alayzard, Ousawa Akatsuki helps defeat the demon lord, brings harmony back into the world and, under the demon lord’s last request, takes the demon’s only daughter back into Akatsuki’s own world.

It turns out that being teleported into a different world is somewhat of a common occurrence back home. Those who return often come back with the power to use magic. So a worldwide organization, fearing people like Akatsuki, created Babel, a school to teach and keep tabs on the magic users.

Akatsuki is able to bring the demon lord’s only daughter into Babel as his sister, Ousawa Miu. A new chapter for Akatsuki is about to begin–this time, in his own universe! [vyc]

By far, this is my favorite novel to date, and it is a huge shame that it has never been properly translated.

Main character isn't your typical stay in the shadows, let problems come to me personality. He takes things head on, isn't afraid to show his strength and when something happens he doesn't agree with, he fixes it. This can lead to humorous situations, and can appear as a problem with authority at times.

The MC's mantra of "I never want to see a girl cry" leads him to do some... more>> pretty crazy things, but at the same time, increase the human side of him along with how he is struggling to find his way in the world in the shadow of his past.

For me, plot has been the kind that draws you in and you get hooked. <<less

This novel is pretty cool, it has a guy going to another world, then coming back to his normal world where people go to other worlds all the time. The main story takes place is Japan so theres no other world type thing going on except for a bit when he goes back to the world he went to the first time.
I recommend this to anyone who likes hero novels. And harems and ecchi ness :D the actions also pretty good.

Great story about the hero after he saves the alternate world. A little unreasonable at times but still a good read. Unfortunately nobody is really translating it properly right now. So we are left in the dark for the most part after volume 1 which has an anime series. Could have been a one of my favorites but I can't love something I can't read completely.

Imagine in a accident struck situation, Superman try to save a kid, and he succeed with the cost of his life. So now everyone is blaming the kid including the Queen because without him, Superman will still live.

This sum up our MC situation. WTF is this shitty logic and shitty people. Joining the demon camp sound so much better than the shitty hypocrite human camp in the story. After some training, our useless MC power up become a hero and proceed to work like a slave to save the hypocrite... more>> princess and her companion country, their life and everything but they're still not thankful to him and try to plot him.

The MC is always blamed himself for the one guy death that is not his fault like forever and ever. It's not like he is the culprit war crime of WW2 so get over it already.

Story proceed to tell us that the MC love the hypocrite queen but is afraid of a political struggle in her country. It is fine if he is a useless human but his power is at God level which he can rule that entire world and Earth world EZ. But what is it again? Oh you forgot that oohh most Japanese isekai plot will not go the logic route but the stupid route that will likely lead to depression and sucide if it was in real life.

This Japan Isekai plot value is shit.

The only redeem quality are the animation version is not bad. It is full of action and joke. As it skipped all the bullsh*t narration story in the novel and the translator effort to translate this. <<less

I got as far as the prologue.
It's shamelessly, ridiculous fanservice-focused nonsense. The premise is stupid. The actions chosen by the protag are more stupid, and nonsense not based on the plot. The behavior of the 'expert' pursuers is stupid-

All to make several cliche, forced-plot situation that really aren't as cool as the author thinks. I really hate to prejudge any work on so little of a sampling, but to bother with more would pain me, as the author has no respect for the intelligence of his readers-- so... more>> take this biased review for what it is- as I escaped with my sensibilities intact by abandoning this immediately. Just as an 'FYI'- I did in fact read up on the author's other works, so 'this is what he does'- (and seeing it in action shows me it's nothing I need) - so I'm not totally uniformed. If on the other hand you like cliche, Gary Stu, no-plot, but plenty of wish-fulfillment & fan-service in a 'sexual harassment is as good as a handshake' style of writing- then maybe this will be your cup of tea. If you wanna watch the 'slightly less cringe-worthy' anime adaptation, then give it a try. It's edited quite a bit, which fixes a few of the jumbles of writing the author made- but it's still at it's core a teen-ager's view of what a dashing hero looks like if they have no idea of the difference between 'suave' and 'rapey creep.' <<less
