This novel is surprisingly good despite having zero originality. Everything in it, plot, characters, good family and bad villains, etc. I have seen in other novels yet I liked reading it. It feels fresh and modern, full of optimism and sunlight, with interesting adventures, lots of good people, and nice detective work.

She becomes a little peasant girl after transmigration and through the link between worlds obtains her modern grandpa's advanced TCM manual and through self studying and practicing on wild animals becomes a great doctor with good acupuncture skills and a solid knowledge of poisons. The medical cases she solves are rather interesting. All fantasy, but interesting nevertheless. <<less
