Weight issues states by previous reviewer are true. I looked up the numbers and it was describing her as severely overweight at ~160lbs. Is she three feet tall? Dang.

But her husband doesn't care so that was nice. The story is also progressive in other ways. For example, this is the only ancient setting I've seen that deals with r*pe (not of MC but of important characters) in a progressive way. And in which survivors get to have a happy ending and not just "they were ruined and miserable forever."

I bought... more>> rest of the chapters all at once, but somewhat regretted as around ch70 or so they switched to another translator or they stopped proofreading and the quality of the translation dropped by a lot. It wasn't perfect before but now it's... Pretty bad.

Before, there were some small issues with pronouns, like characters being gendered improperly, but most nouns etc. we're fine. After ch70ish, huge issues like a baby daughter being called girlfriend, nouns that are important to understanding the sentence being mixed up so it makes no sense, and easy fixes like instead of "diaper" they'll say "urine mat". Other substitute words like that's have to think for several minutes before figuring out what they meant.

Should have just purchased chapter by chapter but it's whatever.

The story is okay but after the time skip I feel it's been a bit eh. Maybe it will pick back up, but man is it hard to keep going with the translation issues. <<less

Its the basic go back in time to get rich trope which Im kinda into at the moment. But wow did the author make me feel ugly... It has all the toxic beauty standards that is so prevalent in Chinese culture. The women she transmigrated into is about 73kg and the MC describes her like she was the size of a truck. I'm about 69kg and I don't have a double chin let alone a triple one😭. The MC and I quote said "Light skin can make anyone pretty and... more>> fat can turn anyone ugly" The amount of fat shaming is ridiculous but the ML is 😙😙 and he didn't care that his wife was considered "fat" and not conventionally pretty. The bun was cute too... if you can get over the toxic beauty standards its an ok read... <<less

I love farming novels so I had high hopes but the flow of the story, the settings and the characters are just little disappointing. Its always after n months, after n years. Im dropping the novel its just not for me

If I remember MC said she was a CEO but she doesnt act like one. Shes not like most farming novels where transmigrated lead shows some attitude against scum family members. Shes so lukewarm meh.

She got miscarriage after the bandit scene and her reaction was described by few sentences then bam shes so chirppy about planting and in a convo with ML we were told its been a month like tf thats it??

Then after planting its been two years and friend named tan is getting married. I stopped after that I just cant continue with this sh*t of something big happening then end in few sentences then time skip then repeat.

PS: there's r*pe when MC and her fried called tan went to the city they encountered bandits and tan friend was r*ped in front of MC while she was tied.
