The fox was gullible and the emperor worked his way through loopholes between the words of the fox's. He ate that fox's tofu. No smut and that's A-ok!

It's very short, and very cute. If you're looking for a deep saga that thoroughly explores every character's thoughts and develops them... well good luck.

Despite it being short, it hits a lot of high notes. It's very fun and cute, a great read for a few minutes. I don't regret the short time I dedicated to it.

A 5/5 just coz I was cursing my way through while reading this.. like

What the f***.. hahahaha... or, What's with this pace? F****** hell.... hahaha and so on

REAlly really really fast read... just read it for fun, don't even try to apply logic!!!

If you apply the above rule... you can challenge yourself to read this while holding ur breath and before you know it, it's over and then you'll LYAO... hahaha

This is so funny and sweet! I'm laughing while my heart is producing honey at the same time! And why isn't there a tag 'Doting Love Interest'? The ML (Emperor) is clearly one of the doting man I've met to the point that he'll willingly give his throne to MC (Fox demon) XD

Although MC ended up not chasing for the throne anymore since the ML just kept offering him whatever the MC demanded him to give, and since his job is done he was not interested in the throne anymore! XD

By job, I mean... It was the MC's fox demon mom who ordered MC to claim the throne and the Emperor's harem XD

Also, as the other reviewer stated, this story actually never had some logical sense even a bit of it! The narration is mostly dialogues; some funny dialogue that had absolutely made no sense overall to the point that it made me laugh; and a fast-paced plot given how ML just gave in even before the two had made a half of page of dialogue XD

Do not read this if your sensitive to illogical plot! This story is purely all sweet, and fluff with a doting Emperor and a Naive, innocent Fox Demon~

Edit:

Damn it! I just found out that the author is Lu Tianyi who wrote one of my favorite novels of all "Don't you like me" and "The Right Way to Offer a Sacrifice to the River god"! This author is very good at writing fluff story with a cute MC~I think I'm starting to love this author~ <<less

Very cute little story, little fox is so innocent and the emperor is so smart.

There's no angst, just fluff!

the previous emperor is so pitiful, the fox demon is heartless and especially careless. I don't like her one bit. The little fox is an airhead and until the end he probably still hasn't understood anything

It's cute. There's no smut but the moments are cute. It's very short, so there's actually no character development. The plot is very simple too. My only concern is that everything's too one-sided. I'm not even sure if the fox understood things properly. He's a natural airhead I guess. Anyways, the story's too short to use your brain. Just enjoy the fluff.

This was the kind of fairy tale one reads in the 365 anthology book. Short, sweet, to the point, and has a defining plot, loved the way the prince dude found a way around all of the fox demon mother's conditions.

It's pretty short so it got over pretty quickly but that worked in its favor as this is the kind of plot that wouldn't be as original and enjoyable when dragged on.

What a filial son.. Did everything his mom asked him to do.. And thank goodness to that he even snatched a royal husband too.. Lol..

I was a bit turned off reading the Emperor having a three thousand beauty filled harem.. And also only two chapters !!! Thankfully I kept reading..

Naive fox boy and sly emperor.. So cute !!! So hilarious !!!
