I don't really think this novel is necessarily fluffy, it's more like it's... simple and kinda dumb. And way too convenient. Anyone who lays eyes on MC automatically loves him. Doesn't matter who it is, whether it's the research facility he was grown in, the netizens, or ML. Hell, even the heartless space pirates who kidnapped him let him go after they saw him?

He was a goddamn sprout! He turned his leaves a little, what's so owowoo cute about that?!

This meowman society must have no source of true entertainment if... more>> they have millions of people willing to watch a livestream of a stationary plant. <<less

Its really cute. To me the MC feels like a child and it is sooo cute 😍 I never made a review before so I don't know how to make it seem good so read it!!! Its so good and its short!

It is not my cup of tea, at first it was a cute and fluffy story, being a short novel they argued well how quickly the gong became possessive with the shou, everything was going well according to the theme of the novel, a fluffy story and relaxing, but they decided to put drama in it with a third party who is described as very innocent, just as a very flirty cat, but honestly if they transport him to another novel it is a total white lotus, which causes me... more>> a total disgust as nails in the blackboard.

Is out of tune with what I suppose I wanted to achieve the story, I suppose they wanted those of the jealous top, but it only makes the dense side of the shou stand out causing everything to be tinged with unfounded irritability, like seeing the protagonists starting a romance and out of nowhere a bit*h comes out of nowhere wanting to take the shou, the shou is not even aware, the gong starts from toxic because what it feels is still unidirectional (too much tsundere for me).

The shou is overwhelmed when he discovers the feelings of the gong and wants to escape, I am in chapter 51 and I can no longer do this, there are 23 chapters for them to develop feelings, but seeing in jjwxc it is likely that said romantic development only focuses on last 6 chapters, not counting the extras, but I do not think it is worth the trouble I will have to go through.

In my heart this under the score of a 4 to a 3, but I will not put stars because I know there are people who like it this.

I emphasize that it is a reading to kill time, not very deep, just a search for sugar, if you are looking for something more serious do not waste time, it is not a memorable story, only passable.

To be honest, my first thought of this novel was: simple and dry. There are some fluffy parts, but the novel isn’t particularly interesting, and it came off as dull and dry to me. It’s fluffy, but it’s lacking some actual plot that makes sense. I’d give it a 3.5 stars, but I won’t vote stars since the whole point of this novel is probably something to pass your time with, and plot really isn’t the main thing.

So cute ~ I accidentally saw this novel even though I wanted to read a horror and fantasy novel. But it's okay this novel is also good even though it's not too soft. Actually the end of this novel is too hasty, I still want to see Shen Tong with his father, mother and other Shen family. And also the marriage between Shen Tong and Caesar, Oh and don't forget our cute little lion (MC and ML kid).

I'm into fluffy danmei novels, I really am. But I also like a proactive protagonist, who isn't a yes man.

Waited 38 chapters for the MC to become human and chapter 39 is basically a tearful graduation of people who he's met. The longest of which he's know 2 months. *Sigh* MC didn't even get a system, he just got some creepy stalker cats. Not all cats like catnip, some are immune

Totally agree with @DeadFeathers ! at first when I read their review I thought I wouldn’t mind it, after all, I am here for the fluff and fluff only!! However, the annoying part really started to get on my nerves. I just get very frustrated at times and feel like it’s very unfair to the ML, the fact that he has to be constantly jealous left and right over MC’s dumb act of being soft-hearted with every cats 💀 actually I didn’t mind it, not until, the orange cat showed... more>> up. God his white lotus act infuriates me. Maybe I’m so used to reading BL novels where both the MC and ML only spoil and pampers each other so here with MC’s Mary Sue act of being kind and spoil everyone just because they’re cats really... I couldn’t stand it. It’s like the ML always being left hanging.

Anyway, overall, if you’re looking for fluff then yea this novel has everything you’re looking for. No drama whatsoever MC has it easy from the beginning. But uh, the romance here got me feeling a bit frustrated, not sure if the MC will stop this act after he found out the snow lion is his majesty. But either way, I’ll drop this for now, maybe I’ll come back to read later but uh I am a huge fan of exclusiveness, MC and ML gotta belongs to e/o I dont need no third wheel to spicy up the relationship, instead I just thought of it as annoying. Maybe you guys don’t mind that so don’t let this review stop you and give it a try to see it for yourselves. Maybe you will like this a lot. <<less

The journey of the MC and ML falling in love takes a lot of time like there's only 20 chapter's left before it gets established

Heck from chapter 1-50 there's no good action. They only give you a small dot of crumb (Yes, CRUMB without an S) and it's all just ML pinning for MC

The most infuriating part is the Third Wheel Orange Cat and MC denseness

I'm also disappointed that the ML isn't as ruthless as the Author tries to portray him

Him being a King is absolutely a joke considering that he allows the Orange Cat to disrespect him and such smh

If you want to read a good short Novel definitely turn away now and find another book since this definitely ain't it

Cute at first..... then it got very irritating. Not much of a plot and the third wheel made it worse.😔 It's been almost a year since I have had to put down a novel. Usually reading it to the very end is what I try to do but not this time. Sadly the plot was not developed and the characters lacked depth. It has potential ! Some parts was fluffy, cute and heartwarming. Some parts also includes dull and boring part. There is also many annoying parts. Like the orange cat, and MC's act of sucking cats. From the moment that MC got to know that cats is in the top, he should have know that they have their own thoughts and brains. Like the orange cat, MC should know not to suck or stay with it sleeping together even though in cat form (even if ML is there). MC should know that it still have... more>> human form too, meaning hugging, sucking cats was not allowed. But MC was like dumb, just because the other was in cat form, he was SOFT-HEARTED, without thinking that it was also a human. Its like allowing others to take advantages of you but still pretending that you dont know.

I lost interest in here because I feel like MC is s*upid. I like ML, cute, rebellious, moody but easy to coax. MC was like in mary sue, everything revolves around him, everyone loves him, and he was like a naive one in it. MC was a catnip. Everyone loves him of course but its a bit weird when you say that plants are cute??? Like ahm, cats reacts to catnip because of the smell, not by seeing.

I can't stand seeing MC sucking cats here. Because the cats here was not pets anymore but have their own thinking and have a human form. Also, I feel that MC is very s*upid. Like super dumb. He doesn't really think about the situation, when he first transform, MC see a cat then play with it without hesitation. Like he forgot that IT WAS HUMAN just a moment ago. And the orange cat, it changes to orange cat infront of MC but he still feel soft hearted to let the cat still with him, hey that still the one who hug you just now and talk?? Pretend like knowing nothing? MC become s*upid infront of the cat, any cat. Orange cat is white lotus/green tea, like to pretend to be sweet and weak just to got MC's favor.

Also, the way MC fell for ML is a bit abrupt? The way MC interact with human ML is awkward, then when we got to know that ML and the snow lion is one, MC just fell. A bit fast. Emm, I cant explain it. For me, MC's love for ML was like bomb, when he got to know that they are one (target), he fell inlove (explodes). I like how they interact in early chapters, but later if feels forced...q

Forgot to mention, not all cats really like catnip. But here ALL of them like MC like a mary sue. A bit s*upid. Even the plant feel cute to them even though the cats reacts to the smell not the appearance itself. <<less

It's fluffy although I kinda feel like MC/ML are forced to be together (・_・;) I love how they interact at earlier chapters but then it feel like author don't know how to put them together (〒﹏〒)

i really enjoyed the novel it was just cute and mushy but everything was too rushed... the romance is honestly almost non-existent, I mean yes they do interact but as human and beast which I doubt will make anyone fall for you. The ML in human form is not something someone would fall for as they barely even interacted as such unless what he fell for was just the looks cuz the personality was kinda shit. im not saying I didnt enjoy the novel, quite opposite in fact but I... more>> cant deny it lacks in a lot of places.

i understand why the ML likes the MC as that is his match and its his lifetime 'mate'... the love and fondness IMO stems from his possessiveness over MC, but what about the MC?

in fact I noticed the 4 extra chapters are missing so maybe the give more info and cover up the plot holes but I can't really find them so a lot is missing. this novel had more potential but unfortunately it was rushed for an ending.

reading this made me feel warm. recommended as a light read to pass the time. <<less

The MC is a catnip. In a world of cats. For some reason most of the galaxy is inhabited by people evolved from cats and they are all obsessed with him. He is the last catnip in the universe. When the MC is asleep he sees the ML in his dreams and the ML sees him, but the MC shows up in his humanized form. The ML puts out a search for the MCs human form as his destined one not realizing that the MC is sitting on his windowsill... more>> feeling drowned from the amount he was watered that morning. It's very similar to InH, LoRaP, and TLCitU. It's very simple at times and the MC is not the smartest by any means. He is told that the emperor owns him now and he sees the emperor every day and the connection between the emperor, the ML, and the big cat, and his dreams just never seems to click for him. <<less

Translated chapters are only upto Ch. 9 at this point of time, so I MTLed the rest. It was a good read... but maybe I am just lacking in some little aspects for a fluffy interstellar story like in IUTILBTRC. It's a bit similar in which MC and ML first interacted in where ML is in his animal form... quite similar but this is shorter than Mian Mian's and Tuan Tuan's so maybe things are a bit abrupt?? For one thing, the romance seems breezy, MC hardly interacted with human... more>> ML (they interact but hardly had any good interaction but just misunderstanding and awkwardness as ML is a big tsundere and MC is just plain human-err plant) and after knowing the truth (the snow lion is ML) MC kinda just come to his sense that he likes ML? Idk, maybe it was not set up properly, the feelings, the realization and the acceptance of the 'liking' part or it was lost due to MTL or something like that. Pardon me if I can't help but compare it to IUTILBTRC, it's just because in IUTILBTRC Mian Mian and human ML's interaction offsetted the frustration you felt for ML's animal form's interaction with MC. You feel giddy, cute and fluffy all over and those feeling felt by MC towards ML sprouted from his human form so acceptance of the truth and his feelings are properly founded but here I only felt frustration every time MC and ML in human form interacted and occasionally wanted to straight up tell them to talk. Maybe ML was set up to be too domineering and arrogant that these happens (being a King or emperor like Tuan Tuan) but hey! even ice-cold monarch becomes sexy and suave in front of his beau. ML is just too forceful (?) like instead of explaining himself and adapting to chasing MC he just straight out told him "You are the queen! Mine!" or something like that message... Hmmmm... but I don't discouraged anyone because we all have our own trope in what seems nice and what one likes.
