This is a light hearted novel about a girl who comes to repay a family debt, but she falls in love with the 1st son of their family benefactor. The novel's cute and is a light read, nothing really dramatic.

Not bad, a fluffy, lighthearted read. Despite the predictable plotline (the story starts with the ML peaking at the MC while she is bathing, *snicker*), it wasn't too boring. The MC is a mischievous martial artist/jianghu thief. She's very bold and a bit childish, but very entertaining to be around.

There was one part that was actually, shockingly, unpredictable!

Overall, heartwarming short story with cute and fun characters. I would consider reading the sequels as well.

Quite the interesting story, and the chemistry between the two MCs are pretty good! The male MC is smart and cunning, while the female MC is playful with a big sense of responsibility. It's a nice light read, so give it a shot!

It was pretty good. A lot happens in 10 chapters. The only thing I didn't really like was the female character's personality. I like carefree characters as long as the knew their boundaries, weren't ignorant and were intelligent/clever. When I was reading this novel I kept on thinking of "Doomed To Be Cannon Fodder's" story "The Lord's Escaped Consort." I feel like the novel was similar to DTBCF's novel "The Lord's Escape Consort." Miss Lin and this female lead really gave off similar vibes. I was imagining if Bai Xian... more>> never entered the novel and the novel just ran it's course the feelings/story type would be quite similar to this novel. A flighty/carefree female lead who doesn't really take into consideration the repercussions of her actions. <<less

A beautiful story. So far there's only 2 chapter and I know that's not enough to judge a story but trust me it's worth reading, that is if you're into historical romance novels like me ;).

A little funny, a little sweet, and a lot of cliché. Short and lighthearted, but nothing original and not especially well done. Far from being worth a 5. On NU it's a 3.5, otherwise it'd be a 2.5.

I've read this story after finishing "The Medical Expert's Companion" and "Wang Ye Captures His Wife" story, so yeah...I didn't read it in orderly manner but I could still enjoy this story.

This story was considered enjoyable and entertaining although the story was quite simple. I love FL's personality. However, sometimes she could be a bit reckless and conceited but not to the point of her being unlikable. ML was typical domineering man who was calm on the outside but cunning on the inside but in front of FL, he couldn't... more>> maintain his calm facade. I think they had a great chemistry and made a great couple. <<less

Cliche, but sweet and short story. I kind of dislike the ML a bit, he is too controlling to the point "FL must be by his side or I should know what you are doing during 24 hours of your life". Thankfully the story is short.

The story is fairly easy to follow with some expected scenarios. Although the first part of the story is engaging, I found the latter part slightly rushed and ended up not enjoying it.

You will know right away that the Male and Female Leads get together and that the process won't be as smooth. It's pretty much black and white. I wish the author dedicated a bit more growth on how they really fell in love and how they demonstrated it to each other instead of developing it through this overused "captive" motive (aka Stockholm Syndrome). It really makes me roll my eyes in frustration.

Great things come in small packages, how true! This was cute, short and on point. Although it only has 10 chapters it didn't feel like a short story. A lot of things happened on those 10 chapters and it didn't feel rushed. This was very satisfying and something I would go back to for another read.",)

So very very satisfying to read!!! I think the novel is very well delivered and the characters are built very good considering that this novel is only a short novel, also the plot is very great. All in all, a great novel!

A sweet and rather short story.

I liked both the leads and they made a nice couple. The guy kinda reminded me of the male lead in "the general wants to hug and sleep": strong, not easily fazed except when it comes to their partner, and possessive/overprotective... even crossing the line to yandere territory slightly, but more so for the latter guy mentioned. This one's still rather meek XD. It's rather enjoyable to see those pokerfaced ice blocks sometimes lose their cool like that :D.

It had a pretty nice, relaxed (and... more>> fluffy? maybe) vibe almost throughout its entirety and stuff gets resolved pretty smoothly and quickly. No drama.

There was this one scene though that had me going "eeeh... a... the f*ck? o.o"

when they have s*x but the female lead still has her body numbed/paralyzed from sth her enemy threw at her before.... like isn't it better to wait until she can move so it'll be less weird and more fun?!? XDD well whatever... to each their own :'D

A heart warming love story. Short and sweet. It touches on repaying a family debt. The FL accidentally hurt the son of her family's benefactor. She stayed by his side to care for him and ended up losing her heart to him.
