It was actually not bad. It was really cute imo. Especially in the first part of the novel I liked how respectful ML was to fl. There is one main couple and no cheating hehe. ML is questionable but not scum and I liked mc’s character. Later on around I would say 200-250+ chapters is where I feel like my excitement died down. Every character was static but it became more slice of life and the vr wasn’t mentioned much. Ending was anticlimactic and I felt lost and kinda rushed... more>> with extra info (but then again I did mtl it). Side stories lost me so I might finish all of them but I’m content with this for now. The game is also very questionable for such a “normal” society. I give it a solid 4 stars because I do admit those first 200 chapters made me fangirl a lot about how good the ML and MC dynamic was. It just became kinda boring later on and very predictable so 1 star off for not leaving a big impact. I would definitely reread for the high of how ML and mc’s relationship tho. The chapters are pretty short so I recommend it as a quick read compared to other stories with 300+ chapters. <<less

I see there aren't any reviews yet so I'll just comment on what I think so far (c113).

The MC/FL is a decent, perhaps somewhat OP character. She has common sense when it comes to anything not related to her (*cough* ML).

He's the big shareholder and tester of the game, so naturally he has it a bit easier than actual players. However, I don't think we've seen him really abuse this power besides for the FL.

The ML's relation to the VR kills it a bit for me but it makes sense so I won't say more about it.

Also if the tags bother you, please keep in mind that a) the MC is wary of H stuff/fairly innocent and that b) it is mainly other characters (besides the MC and ML) that do H scenes with all those kink tags. The author usually gives a warning in the title of those chapters and in the author's notes.

With the plot of this novel being under consideration, I can't really see it being interesting past 200 chapters. Hopefully either the plot will spice up or the H scenes... <<less

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the novel and look forward to the updates.

So far all the smut has been other characters not the ML/MC. I get the feeling it is to show how debauch the world is but how pure the MC is. She is in the game to fight monsters not to have s*x with them (she even designs her character in the VR potion to be an ogre to keep flys away). And she, so far, has not been forced to. The ML is the... more>> traditional cold aloof character who’s heart doesn’t flutter for anyone but the MC and he blocks situations for her.

I really like it. The computer jargon can be a bit much for me though. <<less
