I got into the middle of a 19th-century gothic bad-ending novel, “The Blood Moon,” and the only reason why I read it until the end was because I liked the desperation of the Male Lead in the original works.

She didn’t have the time to think about the fact that this was a first for him. He had grown up being called a freak, and he didn’t even know that he was being cared for because he was ill. It never crossed his mind.
