loved it! Fun, likeable characters and uncomplicated with the right amount of fluff.

The story was a bit confusing at first but when I passed about two chapters I already got hold of it, it was very fun to read the coexistence of the MC and the ML 😂💕

At the beginning I thought that "this Gong knows things" and then at the end if he knew

Anyway, for being a short story of 12 chapters it was very entertaining besides it was also simply adorable when the Gong got mellow with the Shou 🤧💖💕

I mean, it’s fine. There are some consent issues, but if you read a lot of webnovels this won’t be a surprise to you, and the characters don’t seem to care so why should the readers? The comedy relies on gags that repeat constantly throughout the story until every drop of humour is wrung out completely. Misunderstandings between MC and ML, repeat ad infinitum. The shixiong is dumb, repeat ad nauseam. That’s the entire book basically. There’s also supposed to be a mystery about the ML’s identity tying the whole... more>> story together, but the plot is so loosely connected that it never builds up any tension or interest. I liked some of the banter between the MC and his shixiong and the ML, but that was about it. If you want something mindless and fluffy, then this isn’t the worst thing you could read. <<less

There's not much to say. It's a short fluffy romance. The plot feels very unrealistic but it's still a good read. If you came here for amazing plot development, then this isn't for you. But it does great as a source of really sweet fluff. So enjoy it. ^_^

This novel is really nice and it honestly made me smile. A LOT. And not many novels can do that to me. What I really liked here is how MC resonates with us readers in knowing the OBVIOUS like how ML is clearly 'not evil' (and ML knowing MC's real role there hahahha). But in his shixiong's side, it's understandable that he would doubt MC's words because he's not the one interacting with ML daily plus there's the huge pile of evidence against ML too.

It's a very short story but it's so cute!

This story is soooo funy! I wish it was longer. But I guess the charm would not be the same.

The comedy is driven by the ML "exposing" the MC every day but in the most funny way, and the MC realizing this and secretly face-palming.

Read it twice, found it funny every time.

I like this but I want to know what happened to the original Lin Ran. I'm not a fan of transmigration stories especially when I see something special/interesting in the transmigrated body. Hopefully the original lives happily and gets his own gong.

I'm not unreasonable so definitely a 5 stars. MC and ML are♥️.

A really cute short read on misunderstood characters, the ending is also very unexpected and interesting! The comedy here is A++, made me laugh really hard. Translations were done really well, however, there is a really annoying character but I guess the reasoning behind why he was like that is explained well. So all's well!

Funniest short story so far for me~ ?

Lololol. Very cute and funny~ had me laughing almost every chapter. Though I would say that it should be in Shounen Ai instead of Yaoi as its only soft and Yaoi is more hard... lol.

A quick read with a funny protagonist who isn’t dense to the max and is actually reasonable, while the ML is also very funny and quite devious~

Would highly recommend~!
