A short and enjoyable read that will leave wanting more and nothing but the best for the MC. The MC will surprise you with how real he is, from his apparent flippancy to his faithful ardour. The ML is one of those perfect guys, but the author manages to paint him in shades of reality too.

This novel despite its short length manages to tell a story with a good plot. It's impressive how the author was able to cut the less important things and keep the most important ones just enough to keep the reader engaged and the story coherent yet short.

Both main leads are really likeable. The MC is random and silly and the ML mature and patient. They complement each other well. The MC brings life and cheerfulness into the ML's bleak situation/world while the ML accepts the MC's silly antics without complaints... more>> even when the MC is acting willful and unreasonable. It's sweet and fluffy.

The author knew what they wanted to achieve with this story and they succeeded. It's well done for what it is. <<less

I've read this multiple times. Its really cute, tho development in characters is practically nonexistent. I expected that for this length tho. Definitely recommend.

Short and sweet, around the middle it hits you with a touch of seriousness but it didn't feel too extreme or out of place. The miscommunication caused by it was realistic. I'm glad it got resolved and they were more honest with each other.

MC is a bit too much of a fool for my taste but he can be reliable. ML was very sweet when he started reciprocating the care that MC did. I did end preferring his short extra. Overall funny and cute.

A fluffy, briefly laid out story that you can finish in one go. The MC's personality is very likable - he's the playful/teasing and cute type! The plot is typical but still good. You can still get a sense of realness and emotions, which is surprising given how brief each chapter is.

This has a pretty refreshing dynamic in my opinion. It's not completely fresh but the approach from both the MC and ML in treating each other is very gentle and considerate while being realistic.

The MC isn't intentionally trying to bend the ML but he's human and merely hopes and wants him to like him. So it makes it more realistic why he wants to run away because he has an unselfish love while struggling with the selfishness of love and wanting the other person.

Sweet short story... but somehow MC behavior is not really my type... anyway still good enough but someone please correct the chapters numbers the screen shows 40 something chapters and after reading the first 5 I almost gave up because of MC but since I hate leaving things unfinished I stuck to it and completed chapters and found story ended at 9 chapters...

I can’t express how much I came to love this short story. I went in not expecting much, thinking that it’ll just be another feel good fluff piece but it took me by surprise.

The MC’s personality is complex yet simple at the same time once you get to the end. I went from assuming I know him to understanding him which was almost a complete 180

I didn’t really... more>> know what to make out of the ML at the start, as the story is told strictly from the MC’s POV and the MC also doesn’t really express much about himself. It’s also from this extra that you find the remaining pieces (at least for me) to solve this oddball MC. Also at least he is aware of the sacrifices or experience that the MC is going through.

The small cast of side characters do not overstay their welcome as well. Apart from the plot-designated antagonist to jumpstart the story, everyone is pretty likeable.

For a story this short, it does so well in expressing so much I felt my heart tightened once the MC started becoming 3dimensional, and expressing his negative beliefs. At some point I thought I might even tear up, but nothing really big happened.

I’m glad the MC and ML found each other. It’s a sweet love story, that had unexpected depth to it.

Maybe because I came with not much expectations that’s why I’m so swept away by this story. It’s simple, with not much conflict that drags on.
Of course, you have to throw out some logic and just go with this journey. It has a lot of nonsense logic so try not to get too caught up with it haha <<less

I love that short and fluffy novel. This is so cute and touching. I love MC he is amusing and fell in love first. I like watch how he teases and cares about Boss. Boss also is nice and gentle with MC. Especially extras which show us Boss's POV. Really good for rest because it's soft and careless.

It is really cute and sweet. I loved KangYan's character so much. He is really a sweet adorable baby but also hardworking and strong. I wish it was not so short. It was too limited, too little words and seemed like I was reading a manga but without the drawings. Boss Fang's POV helped to wrap things up nicely in the end but I still wanted a few more chapters about them.
