The style of the novel is really unique and you either love it or hate it. However this is not the reason why I gave it 1 star. This novel glorifies violence against children.

The protagonist is the principal of a school, in which he changes the style of the school. In this school get subjected to harsh physical (get bones broken) and mental violence (like getting locked in a dark room for a week). The author/protagonist themselves admit this school is like prison, yet at the same time it gets... more>> promoted.

He also says toxic and nonscientific stuff like he doesn't believe in the inability to learn, you just have to force students to pass the exams. And students need to learn 13h at school and do hours of homework at home, barely having time to sleep. The author constantly admits how barbaric this system is and says it is like in China and at the same time everyone thinks this system is great and his students get better and better notes, which of course wouldn't be the result.

I feel like the author both fapped too much at the thought of the chinese flag and education system and the same he really hates children and wants to hurt them in all ways except death. I think this novel delivers the unique experience of having a psychopath as the author. And no, it is not the main character, the author isn't subtle in expressing his views.

When I was browsing the stories, I found this novel. At first I wasn't inclined to read this story as I have had bad expirences with MTL novels, and the group says MTLOnly, so I assumed that this too would be bad. In fact, this story is very good, not at all like other MTL novels with poor grammar and sentence structure, along with the occasional swapping of genders. So far the story has stayed consistent. I will admit the first few chapters were a bit confusing as you are... more>> thrusted into a conflict super suddenly, making it seem like there are chapters missing. But after the intial confusion I am glad to read this story.

About the story itself, its similar to one of the stories where the MC is low-key, but comes out as super strong. I wouldn't say OP, since Marvel has being like Captain Marvel, Hulk, Thanos, etc. At the same time the MC has only really faced human level, to slightly above human level, beings and always came out on top. There is some Chinese influence in the story, seeing as the MC, who happens to be the principal of the school treating it similar to a prison, but at around chapter 63 is where I really loved the MC's graduating speech to the students, and for that sole reason I would recommend reading at least until that part. It made me tear up a bit.

I gave it 5 stars since the translation quality is really well done, as well as the MC and overall story until the most recent chapter of 69 has my interest as I like the way the MC handles situations. <<less
