Wu Tao, a small mysterious trader, suddenly appears in the city of Jinan and encounters with Yuanbao, a foxy little beggar. Haha, what can I say? This novel made me laugh, it made me nervous and most importantly it intrigued me. The different POV's were a nice touch and gradually as the story was reaching its conclusions questions were answered. The characters are all engaging and their personalities range from shameless to harsh. My only gripe is that with most Wuxia, it's ending seemed to be rushed, definitely recommend reading it.

Although the writing quality and translation is good, the constant scene splits confused me. Another confuaing point was the mysterious points, though that one is meant to be as it is a mystery book, but can get annoying from the way its done

The writer uses a calmer style not usually seen on NU. This novel takes patience to read because it's a mystery up to the end. As a reader, I was constantly questioning whether everything was truly what it seemed to be.

The answer (ending) was worth it though. At least I didn't regret the constant confusion and questioning from the rest of the story!

One of the best novels I have read. I wish I can read it for the first time -- over, and over, and over and so on.

Everything becomes clear as day by the ending, each episode uncovering a bit -- the mystery of it is done so well.

In fact, I have so many novels, but now I can easily say -- this is my new number 1 spot.
