Su Yuexin was a staff member of the support department of an unlimited flow game. Her main responsibilities included but were not limited to, repairing water pipes, electrical appliances, and other miscellaneous things for NPCs in the instances. She spent her work days bringing water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and love (?) to the grateful ghosts who’d stare at her with appreciative eyes.

Occasionally, she would also receive other tasks, though the process was always rife with unexpected twists.

When posing as a player, Su Yuexin blended in with a group of players, trembling as she joins their nervous cries of “Ahhh!”

A passing evil ghost enthusiastically greeted her, saying, “Teacher Xin, are you hungry? I have some snacks here. Our boss actually specially prepared this for you!”

Su Yuexin: ‘…?’

When disguised as an NPC, Su Yuexin mingled among a bunch of wailing spirits, wearing a sinister look and screeching alongside them.

A passing high-level player’s eyes lit up and the player thought, ‘What a cute wild monster! I’ll just pick it up and give it a rub…’

The real problem? Not only did he pet her, he even wanted to take her home afterwards!

Su Yuexin clenched her toilet plunger harder than ever.

What on earth did these people want? She was just an ordinary maintenance worker!
