Short, fluffy novel. If you're interested in dramatic, heart-wrenching plot where there's character development, don't read this. If you love reading Chinese web-novels where MC is loved by all and the MLs are very possessive and would do anything for the MC, this is the type of novel for you. A very nice simple read. The translation is phenomenal.

MC created a game where 6 different races exist. However, he created a setting where if the god in their world wasn't present, they would face natural disasters. He gets transported into... more>> the game as their god and now has to fix everything. He goes to each territory of the different races to observe their admins and the problems caused by the natural disasters. Each "admin" (leader) of the different races are one of the MLs. The races went to war against each other 1, 700 years ago about who was god's favorite (that fact isn't very important in the novel, just shows how much of a pedestal god is on). Each ML cares about being god's favorite and hangs onto every little word said by MC.

You truly only get to know about 4 different MLs. You get to meet the last two, but you don't truly get to meet them compared to the others, especially the last one. MC comes across him, talks to him for a bit... and then the last chapters happen.

Spoiler

The 6 MLs are actually part of a split conscious, which is actually the game (?) 's will. In the end, the MC chooses the admin of the human race, Ash, to become the new god because the system's request to fix the world was to pick a new god and MC was going back to his original world. However, all the MLs don't want MC to leave. In fact, as soon as the godhead was transferred, the celestial ML kidnaps MC. MC still accidentally gets transported to his original world when dragon ML takes him, though. Once Ash received the godhead, he found out the truth about him and the rest of the MLs. He tells all the MLs they're part of the same conscious and they combine together to make one person. The now one person ML comes to MC's world and lives happily with him. The extras are just about how over-worldly the couple are together, and the ML being h**ny and also possessive over the MC. For some reason the ML still has the 6 different personalities? I thought it was funny how when marriage was brought up, the MC panicked and was like we'll have 6 different weddings to appease all the personalities.

The author tries to explain why the MC just goes with the yandere ways of the MLs, which surprised me. The MC's parents are divorced and during one of the fights he witnessed when he was young, they were fighting over who was going to take him. He then understood both of his parents didn't want him. He thinks love is fickle and although he has lots of pursuers, they all eventually stop (because of his constant rejection, but he doesn't understand that). When one of the MLs (i think it was the dragon) told him he'll always love the MC, even when told to stop, I think that's when the MC opened his heart. He feels reassured when seeing how yandere the ML is, and even encourages it because that's how he knows he's actually loved.

The start was pretty bleh. Guy was about to open a game, suddenly falls from the sky, is immediately "oh I'm inside the game, I'd know that tree anywhere" (despite previously mentioning he hasn't played the game for a while and has been gone long enough to forget his password). Sometimes game transmigration plots feel like the author has never touched a game in their life, and this feels like an extreme version of that so far. MC is also too calm to the point of being bland; even his... more>> friend who shows up at the start was more interesting. Then, there's the actual people in the game- how the f*ck does it make sense for them to be abandoned by their god and just happily welcome him back when he literally falls from the sky? It also makes the CP feel fake, if everyone is coded to love the god then isn't the CP more like loving a robot you specifically coded to love you?

It would've been more interesting if MC dropped in confused and not understanding where he is, because the game was more like a city builder/resource management game where you can only see the big picture so you don't know the people/politics/culture/etc, and everyone instinctively loves him BUT whenever people find out he's god they hate him, and then have the CP build up by the MLs getting to know him and falling in love with their 'god' as a person. <<less

A very cute novel. With six different races, worshiping their god.

Spoiler

There is six male leads, and I've met four of them so far. The celestial race, the shadow race, the dragon race and the human race.

Luci- Celestial race

Ivy- shadow race

Noyes- dragon race

Ash- human race

[collapse]

I like Ash the most, although there is still two more races left.

A good read if u want more than one ml, they get jealous so much.

It's a fun short read.

Pros :

MC not op, even though MC is a god in the world that he created, he's not omnipotent. He's also not s*upidly weak, he still have an IQ and just doing his best to finish the mission.

... more>> ML is fun, I mean he have 6 different personalities, the dragon is cute, luci is the cold type, ivy the tsundere etc. You got every flavor.

Cons :

The relationship feels bland. I don't rlly understand why ML fall for MC. The story feels partial to luci, a big portion of it talk about luci, fer the machine and cyril the merman didn't get much screen time

Overall, it's a nice one <<less

It's not a very deep novel, but it's very cute! I had the "kyaaa~" feeling when reading it throughout.

If you're looking for something simple, fast, and fluffy to read, then this is for you! Mild yandere-ness from the ML (s) though. More like possessiveness, hmm.

Overall, the story has its issues (shallow, love at first sight, everyone's super handsome, slightly rushed ending), but I felt satisfied when reading it because it's not trying to be anything more than a simple and cute love story.

If I were rating this for quality and... more>> depth of writing, It'd be no more than a 3, but for a fluffy short story, it'd be a 4-5. I didn't like some of the author's other works because they felt shallow and empty. I enjoyed this story more either because the author improved or their writing style fits this type of simple short story. <<less

Rounded up from 3.5

It could have been better, but Author rushed it halfway through Ivy's (ML2) 'arc', so we get progressively less and less chapters for each ML until Cyril (ML6) where he literally gets half a chapter.

On the subject of the 'Harem':

Spoiler

All of the MLs are the 'same' person, they merge into one body at the end. Though their personalities dont merge and they switch the 'lead' between themselves

[collapse]

Honestly disappointed. I reallyyy hate this trope, if youre gonna do a harem, do a harem - if youre gonna do a 1v1, do a 1v1, you cant have your cake and eat it too!

Author seems to have forgotten that MC is a god, from him asking/thinking questions he should know (because he later states that he designed that), to MC not even trying to act like he actually knows whats happening.

Why does he need to ask where the machines live? He knows where every other race lives because he made them live there, did he just decide the machines werent important enough for him to designate them a home? And racial traits, how come he has no idea what their general personalities and cultures are?

he designed them - we know he designed them - its not as if he just hit the randomizer button, he should realistically know these things because supposedly he literally created it.

Honestly it seems like Author didnt really know where to go, they had MC go around to all the races to fix problems so he could meet / seduce the MLs, but even that wasnt written out after literally the 2nd race / ML.

Its good. But it could be way, way better. The idea has far more potential than what it turned into. <<less

I love it...

Tbh, I'm a little disappointed because I want to see H stuff lol.

Kidding aside, I like how the story progress. Though MC wavered a bit at the end to returned to earth, because of accident it still happened. I'm not fond of characters who change their mind because of some variable. I like it if they solve everything together and think of some better way to achieve both their desire/mission. It's kinda pathetic if you sacrifice yourself for someone. It's not love if that's the case, it's s*upid.... more>> So I like the way it ends.

ML is possessive. It caught me off guard when it revealed that all of the administrator are one person. I thought MC will choose Luci but I guess it make sense since all of them love MC.

Another thing is that the story is short. I'm not complaining that it ended suddenly. I also didn't like it if they added some chapter because it's the best this way. Maybe adding some extra chapter is more appropriate.

Lastly, it's fluffy. No cliche, no extreme drama, no face slapping. Just chill and be loved~ <<less

I enjoyed this novel! It was short and interesting! The beginning was a slow start but then it picked up and got interesting. It was interesting to see the development of the worlds. I did like that the MC realized that he wasn't as cold as he always thought when it came to love, and that he was able to find his other half and live a happy life. It was short, sweet and entertaining. <<less

Short funny and sweet. That's my cup of tea! I like how the author points out with the inherent shortcomings of the setting and thin spots in the plot, this story simply couldn't stand up to a longer version.
That's another benefit of short stuff. When you don't have to flesh things out, where holes might be problems in something longer they don't matter as much, since the plot is tight and short.

The author did a good job of creating a bunch of guys who all had separate personalities. I know that some people might see the MC as a slag or insensitive, but I read him as someone who had been deeply wounded and didn't believe in love, while at the same time, he didn't want to hurt anyone. Especially the administrators he created. He worries, mediates between them, tries to fix all the problems in the worlds, he's just a little blind to the difference between types of devotion.

It helped that there were a lot of seriously funny scenes throughout the story. I never would have thought that black wings on a celestial (modeled on angels) would have THAT kind of downside but....

Anyway, it's an all around quick fun read, so pick it up and enjoy!

Pretty cute! Some typical BL possessiveness by ML but done in pretty light manner

Spoiler

Also I enjoyed how the “different characters are actually all the same character” trope was flipped a bit and turned into fantasy multiplicity (multiple consciousnesses/personalities sharing a single body, sometimes referred to multiple personality disorder or dissociative identity disorder). An interesting way to resolve the harem issue too.

It sure is full of vinegar. I like MC and the world he created, I like all ML's personality even though some ML's personality development feels rushed. Some scene is described very slow, some is described quite fast. Either way, I think this isn't the best novel from the author because I love love author's other novel (I'm not Human) very much.

Also, I rate it 4 stars mostly because of the translation. I think this story is similar to "Game Loading" and I don't think I like this kind of... more>> story very much. If I was to rate the story itself, I will rate it 3 stars. As always, Exiled Rebels team's work is perfect and if I were to rate this novel only based on the translation, I will rate it 5 stars!!! In conclusion:
Story: 3 stars. Translation: 5 stars. Average rating: 4 stars. <<less

I came for fluff and that's what I got. This is (sadly) a short fluffy story. I wouldn't mind if it was longer, I want more fluff!

The author admit that that the story was a bit bland and even garnered some criticism so decided to cut it short. It does feel rushed because our mermaid Cyril is lacking some screentime (。ŏ﹏ŏ)

Anyways, it's perfect after some heart-wrenching story and when you want some fluff.

Lately I've been binging on novels that required high IQ to understand, i.e. Horror, survival, game, investigation, you know the type. And just so you know, I understand less than half of what I read but I can't stop myself from wanting more.

This novel gave my last two brain cells a short but sweet reprieve. So I recommend this novel to those who needs a novel to switch off their ever garrulous brain. Thus I can't really rate this novel.

This story is like a love letter for abandoned or unloved children who grew up into insecure adults. It's already amazing that he turned out into such a serene guy, many people with his experience has been warped by their pasts.

It's such a bittersweet novel... I felt sad when he was waiting for the other shoe to drop but I'm happy for the MC that only ML's overbearing kind of love would assure him of ML's sincerity. It's kinda twisted but hey, they're perfect for each other.
