Even though it is short, the story is unique, the MC also made a wise decision when it comes to love. You can also get a lesson in this story which is love should not be calculative.

A fun twist on the falsely-accused villainess trope we often see in Otome-inspired stories. In the notably small wordcount that this story had, a lot of sh*t went down. As for the ending, it felt satisfying. Our protagonist got some justice and found her little bit of happiness with the person that she loves without it feeling contrived or convoluted. All in all, a really fun read!

Most of these otome villainness oneshots read like each other.

This one was surprisingly hilarious and there's a twist to the end.

Spoiler

MC condemns the others for knowing about the plot and doing nothing about it...

yet MC herself did the same thing! hahahahaha

of course, it's different because MC was the victim who could not vouch for herself, but still hilarious.

surprisingly, Crown Prince was innocent.

Great translation.

What a twisted love story. If you couldn't get her, just tarnish her name so she didn't have anywhere to go other than to your arm --> this is pretty much the "moral story" of this oneshot.

Although I'm glad MC didn't end up with any man that tried to frame her, I still feel that ML really came out of nowhere. He suddenly appeared at last minute and it's revealed that he was MC's true love? I mean, what?

It's a fun short story. The translation is very good. The writing is above average. Finally the concept is a great deconstruction of the VILLAINES TROPE. I must say despite being silly, the character's motivations are all much more believable than the mainstream villainess story.

It's the kind of story where everyone is s*upid to further highlight just how "smart" MC is.

I could barely read each paragraph without cringing. Definitely lose some brain cells. Will not recommend.

Kudos to translator for translating tho!

... this is a screwball comedy version of the Everyone Fell For The Villainess trope. There's also big vibes of The Inmates Are Running The Asylum and the MC is the only sane person around. I LOVE the ending though! Girlfriend really said "Eff THIS man - I'm OUT!"

I'm sorry to say I found this to be very poorly written (it was easy to understand so I don't think it's a translation issue). Even for a oneshot it felt like I'd get whiplash from the way it jumped around, with such stereotypical characters that had no depth whatsoever. I was satisfied with the ending and it's a short read so it's not like I lost more than a few minutes of my life, but... would not recommend.
