Translator cant seem to decide what some characters are named, is it Teresa Du or Delisha Du? Aoi Dan or Cang Jing Dan? My guess is lack of editing and directly MTL. Story itself is not that dif from staple, underdog levels, explores and tries to avoid a gruesome fate, but so far its a fun read.

My problem remains, the translator literally copy pastes from MTL, I know, I found a raw and mtl, its the exact same, even the misspelled names.... more>> They could at least read it once to correct things for readers if they are going to share it, specially if PREMIUM chapters REQUIRE U to do extra things. Plot with a lot of potential. Hardworking FL who's not that OP cuz she does fail/lose to others. Logical, cautious, smart, and generally likable. She sort of transmigrated into a novel that she didn't really properly read so she knows generally what happened but not the details.

The lack of real romance is a shame, but I do expect that to not be a focus in a novel of this genre. Slow progressing.

I did expect more mech and good fight scenes, but unfortunately, this novel suffers from too much "tell" and not enough "show." A lot of the novel's told for a third party POV, not enough dialogs, often skips over parts where I would have liked to see the 1:1 interactions more. This gives the impression that you're just reading a bunch of summaries instead of a proper novel. I'm at the point in the novel where it's starting to really get to me.

If you're here from "Smash All Pots and Pans to go to School, " this does not compare. The FL in this does double-major in mech pilot/fighter and mechanic, but the novel doesn't focus on her journey as she becomes more proficient in mechanic.

I often wonder if the author just forgot to develop this part of her education? Like, timeskip two years and BAM! She's leveled up in being a mechanic and now able to put together a mech like what??!!
