The writing is phenomenal.

I can understand why the ratings are abysmal (at the time of writing this review) but don’t let the title decieve you. It’s not sm*t or anything like it.

It’s also not quite a tragedy. While it has elements, it’s not quite a revenge story.

However, I personally found the translation iffy. From the comment replies from the tls team and occasional name changes, it feels machine translated; the saving grace that it’s using a second layer of language model to make more sense. Even still, you can tell how outstanding the original work really is for it to shine through machine translation - from the way the characters are written and plot development.

Give this novel a try, it’s phenomenal. <<less
