a simple QT story with cliche and indulgent plots and moments. Depending on what you're looking for, it can both be good or bad. As I am looking for an easy-to-read story with quite satisfying hurt/comfort/whump moments, I like this one a lot! It fulfilled a lot of my guilty pleasures (shura field, insecurities, emotional abuse, attempted non-con without ever fully going non-con). Although I have to say that the longer arcs later on were a bit tedious and I prefer the ones that weren't over 50 chapters.

MTL-ing is easy.... more>> The MC pretend flawlessly to make the ML bend.

(but the ML is not always straight, there are arcs where he was already bent so the purpose is more likely to make the ML fall in love with MC)

If you google the novel's Chinese name, you can easily MTL and read the raws since they're easy to understand. It's your typical QT with an i-am-totally-straight-MC who bends for his capture target ML. (MC was pretty quick to change his taste to handsome men)

MC: task taker, keeps his memories from all the worlds

ML: capture target, loses his memories from each world when returning to the system space

Basically, the MC and ML were Gods that helped evil spirits (?) transmigrate to multiple worlds in order to help get rid of their grievances and reincarnate. MC and ML created the systems for this purpose. Apparently, MC and ML's behaviour offended the Heavenly Dao and so it punished them (The main system is in cahoots with the Heavenly Dao). So MC and ML are forced to go through missions and collect 7 spirit lock fragments (?) pieces to restore their memories and get their power back.

They technically only collect 1 spirit lock fragment in chapter 666 and beat up the main system for the rest lol

The author had a Harry Potter arc, ngl it made me think of Harry Potter fanfic 😂😂

No idea why the rating is so low. It atleast deserves 4+ ratings.

I really like this so far. The chapters are very short but it's okay.

It's a simple qt novel. I have only read some of the first arc. Although the romance seemed too fast, the plot twist in the story made the arc interesting. It's really interesting by far.

All in all, if you like qt novels you should give it a try.

Well all I can say is that it’s fairly okay. One thing with qt I’ll never understand is why the MC must always lower themselves and endure abuse just for favourability points. I’ve read other novel and the MC isn’t always submissive and most times dominant. Because tbh how would someone blame you, insult you and slap you then later on just say a few sorry words and you’ll forgive them just for +? Points💀.
Oh well I’m still gonna continue in hopes that MC will become more assertive.
