Bad.

Bordering on hilariously bad, but just barely. Even then it is still really really bad.

Riddled with too fast pace, faulty logic, s*upid characters, unnecessary misunderstandings and drama, abusive romance, doormat MC, unrealistic in-universe time setting, 1D characters (not even 2D lolol) etc etc.

Honestly, I've only bookmarked it to laugh at how much worse it can get lmao ?

Dropped. The misunderstandings are absolutely absurd. It's hard to believe that the MC spent three years with such a terrible character because the ML is downright abusive. No amount of good looks, money, or "power" will redeem him from that. There are serious issues* that are severely downplayed and poorly written that are used as what I like to call cheap angst-fuel. The only person I managed to like was the second ML but he's basically jealousy-fuel and he is unimportant otherwise. Maybe later chapters will prove me wrong but... more>> based on the writing, I am almost 100% sure that the abusive ML will end up in a toxic relationship with the MC all over again anyway.

*See spoiler tag.

Spoiler

Miscarriage, kidnapping, mu*der, and r*pe. All four issues warrant trauma yet is completely absent in the story. They are merely plot devices: the first two serve to make the MC extra pitiful and the last two to further antagonize the female antagonist which the ML chose to marry for whatever reason (in the beginning at least) and trusted over the MC at multiple, crucial, times at least until proof against her was finally presented. Because the three years of history with the MC? Doesn't matter apparently.

It's a short story, about misunderstandings, deceit and poor decisions. It's an okay read, if you wanted a break from what you're reading, but I won't reread this.

I didn't find the main characters too memorable. And the female antagonist is a spoiled rich brat who is pretty much written to be dumb. ML is okay, it's written so he can come out redeemable. FL is your typical Mary Sue, really wished she got some better character development, but this is a short story.

Ending is a HE.

It's... okay?

A bit rushed and flawed... lack depth or logic... but it's fine?

I mean, I've read so much such stories that I just rejoice that they're not Harem-novels...

It's short, has a sweet tint (?), has romance... if you can call that romance and not stockholm syndrom or simply mary-sue syndrome.

It's so good many twist and turns in the novel, hoping for Christine to have a happy and good life even without Sega...

4 stars because the site has sime bugs and it's hard to open the site and read the novel. Had to open and close so many time before the chapters show.
