Pros

• Interesting subject of winemaking instead of the usual fair
• Writing is decent and flows well

Cons

• Author will spend many sentences on how beautiful the MC is
• MC is legitimately frightened of the ML and it's just really hard to buy into their potential future romance when she's so on guard and scared of him. Even when she doesn't think he will kill her, she's still wary.
• I don't like the ML. He's a bit too intense and broody for my liking. Gets worked up over the MC disliking him and just scares the MC more.

Dropped because I can't buy into the romance.

The FL is kinda passive and naive. She doesn't really put up much defense against others, always thinking if she doesn't trouble others, others won't trouble her. She had the best wine making skills and recipes. She should know others would covet her and her mother's secret recipes— it's baffling how she's very nonchalant and doesn't really care about others' scheming and thinking she just want to keep making wine and won't care about others. Apparently, she died in her previous life for the very same reason. Others' plotted for... more>> her recipes— how come she still seems to never learn to be wary and vigilant in this precious new life that she was gifted?

She didn't learn to be vigilant and shrewd enough even after dying once, how will she even survive in an ancient era where plots and conspiracies are abound? Sure enough, she was indeed plotted yet again.

Her maternal family paid a lecherous man to put the drugged her in her brother-in-law's room (which is the ML and at the time still hated the FL) and remove her clothes and that vile man found a mole on her body so that he can tell everyone he's seen her body which can be proven by the position of her mole. Luckily the plan is just to ruin her reputation. But the man's disgusting monologue was that it's such a pity he can't do more (just because of time constraint— else she's totally ripe for the picking!).

According to the original Chinese reviews, it has a rushed ending. Plus, the romance between the leads came out of nowhere— pretty abrupt and short. Story focused more on wine making, plots and conspiracies. Extras might salvage it a bit.
