This was a really cute little short~ Ah, totally wished there was an extra chapter from the Hero’s perspective though, that would have been fun to see! There were lots of funny moments in the story too.

This had a potential to become a really long book with amazing story but alas. I am satisfied with this.

It's adorable how it all turned out and I loved the whole ''i am the demon king fear me, defeat me so I can retire'' and hero that is too weak to do it, so there's a lot of pampering involved.

The story is hilarious. From the title, maybe you already guess the plot already. The demon king are destined to be defeated by the hero and after that, the demon king could live freely. But who knows that he'll meet a pretend-to-be-weak hero who reluctantly fights him. Instead the hero tries to befriend him. What will happen to the them jn the end? You'll find out in 5 minutes because that's the amount of time I spent to read this short story.

It's cute but very little actual plot. You aren't attached to any character so the romance doesn't make your heart beat faster. I would only recommend this as a palette cleanser for your next story

It wasn't bad. I just expected more. Even if it was short, I just think there should have been more interactions between the characters. I just don't see how they went from the interactions they were having to retiring together. I agree it is a short, fluffy read. However, I was hoping for better characterization, and more of a build up in the relationship. That being said I don't think I regret reading. This story was short but cute and of course since it's pretty short we didnt really get to see much development between the MC and MLs relationship. Unfortunately. I wish it was just a few more chapters longer, maybe 20 or 30 chapters would have been good enough to get a grasp on how the MC and ML fall in love with each other.

None the less it was a funny and cute read.

Short, sweet, simple. It's a little too bare bones and lacks any plot except for what is stated in the summary but an easy and pleasant read.

It's so short but if you don't read it, you're really missing out! The MC just wants to be defeated and get on with his life but the ML is pretending to be weak so that he can stay longer. The captured princess gives the MC love advice by disguising it as ways to make the ML stronger.

stars Literally so silly and cute <3 Wish it was a bit longer and went more in depth ab their life together after as well as the princess (love her she deserves everything) Quick read only took ab 10 min at the most tbh. Would recommend.

I can’t really say it’s a bad story, it’s nothing wrong, it’s short and good, just like that.

A demon king who wants to retire or a hero who just wants to spend time with him.

The story revolves around an almost depressed Demon King- Sarthis, a lovestuck Hero- Luke, a "third wheel captive" princess Coleman, and a very cute pet Fafnir. The demon king's are destined to be defeated by their respected assigned hero and after that, they could live freely. That's where the hilarity starts.

Although only 6 chapters long, the writer was able to deliver a very good story. Story 8.5/10

Short and sweet! The story is absolutely adorable and I enjoyed it throughly. The dynamic between the Hero and The Demon King and the Princess is hilarious! Loved this.
