Description
Links are NOT allowed. Format your description nicely so people can easily read them. Please use proper spacing and paragraphs. It was in the twentieth year of transmigrating into an abusive novel that I found out my husband, Pei Du, was reincarnated.
Every encounter we had since my arrival was meticulously planned by him, because in his previous life, I had repeatedly framed the female lead.
He even married me to prevent me from marrying the male lead, thus ensuring the happiness of the male and female leads.
This was all because my original character was an utterly wicked villainess, an obstacle on the path to the protagonists’ happiness.
But that wasn’t me. I had become close friends with the female lead, sharing everything with her, and I kept my distance from the male lead. Eventually, I married the most affectionate second male lead in the novel.
However, while everything else was true, that last part was just what I thought.
Pei Du was indeed affectionate, but I forgot that his character’s deep affection was not directed at me.
The day I discovered Pei Du’s hidden diary in the imperial study, I left the palace to find the female lead.
When Pei Du found out, he hurriedly came after me and drew his sword straight at my back.
The blade approached from the nape of my neck, cold and close to my pulse, with his icy voice behind my ear: “Stop, don’t go near her.”
It turned out that the always gentle Pei Du could also be so ruthless.

damn, was it good! I'm so glad FL didn't end up with him and stuck to her guns the whole time. ML totally deserved what he got and the last part of the extra where the figurative salt was rubbed on his wounds was *chef's kiss*.
If after a decade or more of marriage you can't tell that the person beside you isn't the same as the one from your memories, and you actively work to hurt them, you don't deserve them.
