The main character, Majima Shuji, is suddenly summoned to another world and takes on a mission as a “hero’s guide” to lead the heroes. He sets out on a journey to seal the gates of the Demon World with three heroes, all of whom are beautiful girls with unique personalities, but in the process, he discovers that their lives will be sacrificed.

In order to save them, Shuji decides to risk his own life to destroy the gate of the demon world.

Shuji succeeds in destroying the gate of the demon world and saves the heroes, but he himself also loses his life. ……thinking that, he finds himself back in modern Japan and somehow back in time, having inherited all of his powers: he is now a hero of the other world, and he is now a hero of the other world.

Meanwhile, at the same time, the heroes in the other world think Shuji is completely dead, and they slowly and gradually become ill. …… Eventually, the girls learn that Shuji is alive and act on their pent up passions.

An interesting premise and first chapter, but this story is unbearably slow, at least in the sense that the advertised plot in the title has shown absolutely no signs of progression in the first 24 chapters.

Instead we get like 6 chapters of heroines in despair (I guess that's fine, albeit not moving the plot along) and then like 17 of MC styling on Earthlings and getting recruited as a bodyguard for an Oujo-sama, which while not bad on principle, is really not what we signed up for.
