This story was quite dark and depressing, even if it has a happy ending. Just for that, it gets a lower rating. Sorry about that, author. That's how I roll. Even though I still read sad stories, it doesn't mean I love them.

Ok, we have Vanessa, who was in an arranged marriage to Allen, who actually liked someone else prior to their marriage. So they marry. Vanessa likes him, but Allen is just indifferent in their interactions, although he says he's trying to love her. Because somebody else liked her, she cheated on her husband, causing this story.

Ugh, really can't stand it. You could say I liked the story (if not, why would I read it?), but I also can't stand it because of how horrible and miserable their relationship became. And that's already a BIG understatement.

The husband's been abusing her this whole time, and the girl's just like, "oh it was my fault, to begin with. If I didn't cheat on him, this would've never happened. I deserve this."

I couldn't stop cursing at all the main characters in this story in my head. I think I've used just about every curse word I know to show my anger, especially those two boys. Except for Leila, Vanessa's cousin. Sometimes Zian, but he's an as****e. I at least somewhat understand the characters' points of view, but it doesn't mean I agree with what they are doing.
