Lee Sia is a top actress with the ability to see ghosts.

After an accident, she wakes up in the body of ‘Camilla Sorpel’.

The problem is…

“Ah, father! Please spare me!”

…that this woman always meets a gruesome end!

Since extending the lifeline is a priority, let’s start by communing with the ghosts here, shall we?

“You will get a divorce soon.”

“…What?”

The atmosphere in the conference hall suddenly becomes uncomfortable again as the hummed words hang in the air.

“What are you talking about now…?!”

“Your servant’s wife.”

The bewilderment is evident on the face of the person subjected to these words.

“She is also the wife of a subordinate whom she cherishes the most.”

“Wh-What…?!”

“Have you heard of my rumors?”

Camilla smiled and took a step closer.

“They say that the princess of the Sorpel family is looking at some fortune-telling.”

It was great till first 30 chapters but after that immediately everyone is smitten with the FL - the 3 dukes, their sons, their beast (see the 3rd cover) - literally everyone. It just got the same storyline, the FL asked for a mine that was deemed "useless" by everyone and used her knowledge to make money, she is being praised for her power of knowing things, the Petro guy the og owner used to have a crush on is now "sad" that the FL doesn't chase him around, the older brother Ludville is competing with Ravi for the fl's "attention" (but honestly I don't understand - is he asking sibling love or incent?) I had wished that we would have seen progress between Ludville and Ravi as brothers.

I am also sad how Ravi's interaction in the chapters have decreased. I feel like the author just forgot about him. In the 60 chapters I read he have been shown only maybe 2-3 times - that's it. I had hoped there would have been more considering the interactions they had were wholesome (giving each other gifts making it look like they don't care for other but having a smile when they receive the gift + FL attending Ravi's presentation).

I found the ML interesting- he can also "see" ghosts like Fl. Actually, everyone in Sephra Duchy i.e. ML's family can "see" the ghost. But they can't talk to them or hear them - they see the ghosts as a black smoke and just know there is a entity there. I wished that the author had only focused on ML and FL's - not the FL being surrounded by guys.

oh and also rest assured the ogFL isn't a bi/ch. Her name is Lila/Layla and both her and FL are at good terms. She actually is a ball of sunshine and admired fl.

other than Layla every female in the kingdom doesn't like FL because she is a fake lady. Example can be Petro's little sister Elisha because she isn't getting any attention. The same old script ha

anyways I can't continue anymore it became boring for me- probably because we all know how the story goes.

I really like this one, even though like what the previous reviewer (aqua) said, "We all know how the story goes". It's been a while since I finished it, so I'll say as much as I can about what stood out to me.

  • Smooth writing
  • Events are not one-off, they build on one another, leading to the final confrontation against the main villain
  • Perhaps because the writing is easy to read and understand, and each individual arc is not long and draggy, I didn't find the entire novel to be long even though it's more than 200 chapters
  • The final confrontation feels quite like an action manga - if I remember correctly, the author's previous work is action, so that's nice. It's not lame like, 10 chapters of strategising and build-up only for the battle to end in half a chapter
  • Most of the recurring side characters do have personality beyond just 3 traits. If only there were more side stories of them (the brotherssss, Layla, even Pedro) at their daily lives... cause they are very nice characters...
  • About Elisha... She does change later on. So it's not exactly 'almost every other female hates MC'. I actually appreciate the depiction of the growth of a minor character
  • The special side stories are really enjoyable, I like reading the daily life of Camilla and

a temporary soul exchange between her and Isia. Which we could have gotten Isia and the actor's love story... just hints aren't enough.

  • Romance is very minimal, so if you want an exciting hot romance, this ain't it. This will be a 5 star if there's more romance. Since the basic idea of this novel is already something we have already seen before, there's no harm in having a little more overprotective father and brothers and divine beasts and children vs the ML!
I still cry at the thought of never getting more romance and the other love story I mentioned in spoiler. But I still had a really fun time with this one. Maybe it's wish fulfilment. <<less
