Quick Transmigration: I’m Almost Dead
March 28, 2019
Status: Completed
This one is amazing. The MC's goal is to take away the evil points from the target. Needless to say, his goal makes the story quite dark. Usually, the MCs in these quick transmigration stories are schemers but this MC is lovable, positive, optimistic, somewhat innocent and forgiving. He believes he's 18 (and acts as such) but nearly all of his hosts usually have flaws and are quite different from what he thinks of himself as. Some examples: first arc, he's a prostitute with a drug problem who is almost... more>> too old for the profession. Second arc: prison imate boss. Third arc: an ugly teenager from a village. I think these roles make some very interesting read.

He got a system called 444, I think. Usually, I find the system very annoying because of the constant chatter and the OP power the system gives. His system is pretty good. It usually only shows up when he calls and can't really help him much but it seems to care about him. So since the system isn't OP and can bail him out and he doesn't have ethereal beauty to win/deceive other people or spiritual/mental power to hypnotize people, he lands in trouble a lot and can easily fail his mission.

First and third arc made me cry buckets. I think I'm sensitive. <<less

A Smile from the Villain
April 14, 2019
Status: Completed
This is basically "The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System" x "The Reader and Protagonist Definitely Have to Be in True Love". The attitude of the MC here is similiar to Du Ze from The Reader but the ML is crazy and manipulative. While I liked both characters and I enjoyed the journey a lot, the ending was very unsatisfying.

I like CPs with strong love but for these two, love didn't exist. Even the ML admitted that he didn't love MC at the end. He didn't care if MC hated him or loved him. It feels to me like he wasn't even s*xually attracted to the MC. He was simply obsessed with the idea of being around the MC and the MC just got used to the ML. I think they call it Stockholm Syndrome?

I'm giving it 5 stars still because other than the above, I'm very happy with the story overall. <<less

The Perfect Destiny

Status: Completed
I'm rating the series based on the enjoyment factor and I enjoyed this story a great deal even though I had a lot of issues with it.

Spoiler

MC always fought and cried during s*x but enjoyed it inside. I found it very problematic because dry violent an*l is painful, even if the MC is a huge masochist, I doubt that anybody would enjoy something like that. Then there's the ML. It was written that the ML was disgusted by the constant stream of internal thoughts from the MC and didn't want to it, so how did he preserve a h*rdon to f*ck the MC multiple times (sometimes for days) ? And this happened in nearly every world?

[collapse]

What I like is that the MC did not love any character in the worlds he jumped into. Everything was a game to him and it was all s*xual release. He wanted to come back to his true love. The last world which mirrored reality really touched me. <<less

Quickly Wear the Face of the Devil
April 14, 2019
Status: ex3 c1
Many fast wear stories are boring because each arc is either too long or the worlds are not varied enough. This one got almost everything right. The arcs are just at the right length and none is boring. The characters that show up are developed and there're all kinds of different worlds so you never know what to expect.

I find the story very addicting because the MC and ML's relationship is too great. Sometimes, the MC feels a bit too much (he's always too beautiful, too perfect, too talent, too... more>> OP) but that thought is only fleeting because I really like him regardless. <<less
