A bit-long summary:
The protagonist has a strong plot-armor (well, he's the MC), though the others didn't as lucky. While the MC continue being alive, he has many companion he owed his life to (e.g the mercenaries) as he keep trying to reach his dreams he firmly held from the time he still a scavenger.
I think the character development has the most impact of this series. People may think the female lead is an arrogant, ungrateful character. But I can say for sure, from reading the raw, she will become one of the most important character to the MC.
And lastly, many people may think the MC get OP as quickly as a galloping llama, but although he get's a lucky event early on, he will not depend on it too much as there little he can do as he only can be considered weak aside from really strong people of the wasteland. Like,
it takes years for him to reach maturity from a naive kid, to a badass wastelander, to a wise-charismatic leader
One-shot an entire city by himself
Well I won't spoiler too much, but I can say for sure the story remains solid, author clearly know where his/her series going. Honestly, I just can't believe this author is the same author of Miracle Throne, it's like his brain went on a full upgrades to another realm.
A bunch of elderly scholars tells her (him?) to show off her calligraphy skills (which she knows nothing of) for the grandmother's fiancee test. She copied a nearby famous calligraphy with a perfect similarities so perfect that it resembles a photocopy, leaving the geezers grieving lmao.
Yet, I am dismayed to see how the author didn't explore deep enough FMX's memories other than skills and their work experience. They have seen through the bitter life of entertainment, but the author didn't mention any of their experience other than in early chapter and failed to integrated it to Lu Chen. E.g:
how he doesn't have any negative and show a little of author self - insertment, yet this can be fixed by fixing the aforementioned points. I know he lived 3 lifes, but come on.
I like how she gave not a second thought about how the others look at her for being with the ML, showing how much she cared about him even though she herself didn't realize it.
When all sh*ts going wrong for him. When he is marked for death by literally the entire world. When he suffers defeats more often than victory. And when you learn his past, his unrequited love, and what he has gone through in his previous life, you really can't help but to root for this guy. His tenacity and perseverance doesn't came for no reason or some BS cliches (protecting/revenging clan/family bla bla), but towards his selfish pursuit of eternal life. No things or any others can sway his mind.
Pretty much a joke, even though the earlier chapter gave a vibe that he is kind of a pervert and he flirt occasionally to raise a flags with girls, he doesn't even once touch a girl even after multiple hundreds chapters given how dangerously his situation most of the time. The harem is only in a late part of the story.
