Honestly, I don't know what to think about this book. It started out sounding like it was going to be a cute and fluffy story. After a few chapters that got thrown out the window and ran over by a truck. They have s*x in almost every chapter at this point.
Spoiler

I mean, her mom dies, so Wizard screws Lise to distract her. She becomes friends with a gardener, but that makes Wizard jealous and he forces her to have s*x with him. Then it's her fault that he did that because she had no awareness as a wife. Then they go on a date a few chapters later, but not before he screws her the night before because she is too cute. Then on their date, he makes everyone leave the carriage and screws her again. It's like the author has a twisted view on how love and s*x work because it doesn't work like that in reality.

The translator though is really good. They are also really good about warning and labeling when there are s*x scenes so you can skip them. I may keep reading this, I might not. I hope it changes soon though and isn't some kind of light porno anymore. It really had potential and the only real reason I'm still here is because the translator is good.

At this point I really don’t know why I keep reading this. I originally liked the story and thought the plot was interesting. It’s well translated also. But that’s all that’s going for it now at this point. Each chapter, if you can even call it that, is equivalent to roughly a page. These 20 chapters could’ve been combined into one chapter or two. As another person said, it goes back and forth in the timeline, which really messes with you. Also from the title and the summary, it gives... more>> the impression that the MC is the daughter and that’s who we would be reading about. She’s only been in the first couple of chapters and then it’s only been about the stepmom, the queen, the jackass of a king, and the royal children.

I think this story would be better if all the chapters were translated or at least a bigger chunk of them before anyone reads it because it’s just not a fun read as the author has written it.
Spoiler

I mean, one chapter talks briefly about how the queen oversaw her children’s education but she couldn’t with the second prince because the king dumped his work on her. Then the next chapter just talks about the second prince and how he has hair that is not silver.

all the chapters just feel like someone ripped a page out of a book and called it a chapter. <<less

There's only one chapter so far, so there's not a whole lot to go off of yet, but I really like this story so far. I already sympathize with the MC and don't like his worthless family. To save their own interests they sell off their son and then blame him for being heartless when he gets angry. Who wouldn't get angry when their family sells them for money just so they don't lose their business? Also the story is translated well!
