This is a masterpiece, at least till where I've read. The characters are well developed and the storytelling is at a good pace. The author doesn't neglect past side characters and they appear in the future chapters but aren't that important due to their power level and current arc. This story has all the good parts of many of my favourite xianxia like coiling dragon, Against the Gods, Warlock of Magnus World, Battle through the Heavens and I Shall Seal the Heavens. The MC is strong, and kind, his policy... more>> is of 'give respect and take respect' which makes me respect him over others. He is a level headed character but is compassionate towards those with no or less power than him. The Harem in this story is phenomenal till now 2 candidates have come up who are waifu material. Both of them are awesome and are quite strong. All in all this is a awesome story, the villains are not exactly villains in the true sense due to their upbringings, I kind of understand why they try to kill MC, and are not the generic 'bad' guys. <<less

Its a good lighthearted series. The characters are well fleshed out and are well written. There are many cliches in the story but its meant to be like that. The author doesn't make things overly complicated or overly simple and manages to stay in between them just like how a series like this should be. Its similar to Death March to an extent, at least till now, not in a bad way too. Its not epic or awesome in the sense but its not boring too, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

MGA is a shounen story, not a xianxian. Why? Because the story is all about fights and girls not more nothing less. The fights are awesome and the characters are quite good. There are interesting powers and abilities. Unlike other xianxia MGA does not believe in strategy and calculated moves but on Brute force. MGA is like a novel version of Bleach, awesome fights and epic powers but not much plot. But unlike Bleach it has more character development, romance, death and interesting side arcs. Really they are quite... more>> good. The MC himself is quite an extreme person and has a really short temper. NOTE: The MC is quite normal, well at least according to the story, it is a harsh world with "survival of the Fittest" is applied. So the MC does kill a lot people out of silly reasons but its quite normal to kill in the story so there is that.

So finally I say that, MGA is a shounen story with gore and romance well along with awesomeness. This story is targated towards teenagers not the adults so please do not nitpick on small details like "Oh why did he kill them?!" or "He is such a Jerk!!" <<less

Mushoku Tensei (WN)

Mushoku Tensei is a awesome book for people who are into Action/Drama, the story is pretty good and the characters are well developed. Its a story of reincarnation and redeeming oneself. The MC is kind of OP but levels up slowly and in an organised manner. The antagonists are pretty good except the God. The heroines are very unique and interesting. Now on to the problems, its way to realistic for a light novel. Normally the novels have their own common sense rather that the common sense of our world,... more>> but Mushoku Tensei has our common sense and makes us think that this is really happening rather that thinking this is an artificial world. It might be a hit with many people but that made me loose interest in it. I only went on with it to find out what happened in the end. I would have told the author to turn the reality in this down by a huge margin as most of the readers like to read about a world very different from ours. The MC in his previous life used to be fat but is quite good looking in his new body, I would have preferred to know about his previous body as much as possible.

In the end I would like to say that I enjoyed the novel quite a bit and I gave it 4/5. Give it a try if you have a lot of time and are ok with some weird scenes. <<less

Well PMG is the reincarnation story of a youth named Lin Feng. The beginning of teh story was quite good and it had a lot of potential, but slowly the quality of the story decreased and became quite predictable.

The fights are very intresting but they have a lot of Deus Ex-machina moments, the novel has tried to copy other novels which happens many-a-times now a days. There are a lot of characters in this story and they are either forgotten or killed by the author other than MC and his... more>> ppl. Even some of Lin Feng’s friends are forgetter. If you are looking for a favourite xianxia in which you discuss latest chapters and spoilers, sort you have come to the wrong place. This is a light read kind of book and do no try and apply logic to fill the gigantic plot holes it has, coz that would be a waste of time. <<less
