Then there's that one husband (the woman hater that's prettier than a woman) that kept raping her every chance he got which was annoying, but she still had no choice but to marry him because she wanted to return to her previous modern life but end up staying anyway.
Then there was the incest 😒 with the body's brother, which was initially non-con...
She was quite pitiful in her past life as a saint, she was raped (it was totally non-con) by that prince then offered up to be raped by 6 other princes in order to hide her presence from the white tiger who was technically raising her as his future wife... due to jealousy of others as they called her a who*e for that, she killed herself.
Overall, it had potential, I just disliked that one husband that raped her all the time and even got himself married to her anyway, plus he didn't even make up for it either (no getting beat up by the others do not count as making it up to her)... she was forced to accept him as one of her husbands which sucks imo... then there's that incest that stayed incest which I hoped would turn out to not be incest but o well.
[I favor 3rd and 4th brother the most 💕:
3rd brother is really romantic despite his hotheadedness and he's considerate,
4th brother seems calm and elegant at first, but he's actually impulsive but in a hot way lol,
2nd brother I did not like, he's the overbearing sly tricky type with harsh words, I guess a tsundere?
1st brother is too hmm... quiet... but dependable I guess but that almost makes him a wallflower,
5th brother, tbh I can't see him as a candidate... he grew up eventually but I don't recall him getting together with her because it ended before that point... it's mentioned they got together in the extras tho... I think].
I would have to say that the ending was slightly abrupt, I think, and then it went onto extras... It's not like they got super rich or anything which I appreciate that this story doesn't end with them conquering the country or anything, they just settle in their peaceful [somewhat] village and become well off enough to not worry about anything else.
4 stars because well the abrupt ending imo, it felt like there needed some wrapping up but w/e it's not terrible like skipping scenes or w/e. It's not particularly unique but it's not the cliche of 'the world's women are going extinct', it's just the particular village society of where the ML's live that the brother's end up sharing a wife due to their financial circumstances and the promise they made to their mother, tbh I'm not too sure of what happened with the MLs' mother and fathers but it lead to why they were willing to share the MC as their wife.
Overall it's an ok read for those that don't mind polygamy, there are bits about how she tries to balance their feelings, it's not like they immediately all get along with the situation of her being their shared wife automatically even if they did promise their mother... there's some tension and jealousy and such, but with some time she manages to somehow balance it out so it doesn't turn ugly and manages to improve their living circumstances which helps quite a bit.
Because MC abruptly found out that his father was actually his mother and ML was his original body's half brother and then BAM END with a clue as to hint that MC got pregnant because of that drunken mistake and ML still treating her like a rival cuz he kicked her and asked if she ate something bad, =_=???.
Then onto extras that indicated they got together and have a child but act more like siblings/rivals than lovers still until the vinegar inducing situation that gets them into a physical fight it seems or maybe I'm just missing the hints because it indicated they were fighting with the hair pulling and slapping descriptions or w/e but the friend thought they were doing it in the car on the outside view.
[The situation was MC still retained his preference of beautiful women with an hourglass-like body, and ML wanted to prove he can pick up women like that easily, then MC calling out ML's status as the father of his child to make the woman hate ML (I think it's because he's mad that ML proved him wrong rather than jealousy imo, MC used to be a player.)
That's why it feels like they don't7' actually have that kind of feeling for each other despite at one point in the novel ML realized he 'love' her but was in denial, and he didn't treat her any differently after this so-called revelation.
Just about every other significant character that was meant to be funny needed to be tied up with the author and thrown into those dirty situations the author thought was funny then finished off by being thrown into a lava flow to be turned into ash.
As a parent myself I cannot imagine exploiting and manipulating my child for selfishness to that extent and then making "mistake after mistake" and glossing it off as carelessness or for their own good at the expense of your child's mental, emotional, and physical breakdown.
As the parent of the prince they turned him into a princess against his will, then coldly "pretend to imprison him/her as a disgrace to the royal family" to force the hero to "help/marry" the princ/ess without considering what impact it had to the child to be suddenly to be blamed for being transformed AND imprisoned for it.
Like wtf makes you think its ok?
And the princ/ess took it in a stride and forgave them for it anyway despite still being upset.
Then said parents fking ran away when a riot broke out because of this fiasco, then fking invited a priestess that was jumping into the hero's bed every chance she got (because she loves the hero) try to teach the princ/ess s*x ed for the wedding night only to fking almost get raped by that priestess via tentacles.. like seriously.. parents fking forgiven again?!
Then when the princ/ess was depressed and talking in such a manner, instead of comforting him/her gently, you fking slapped him to show that even the princ/ess himself shouldn't say bad things about self... like goddamn f*ck the hell of you shitty excuse of a parent.. you brought all this sh*t on to him and still had the nerve to hit him too.
Its so fking illogical and s*upid and the damn author musta been high on something while browsing hentai while writing this.
I'm just mad that the princ/ess was so forgiving about it all... and everything is treated so lightly despite it just about being R-18... apparently the author was not that vague about it but was relishing it enough to provide details... xx doesn't really leave much to imagination when the words of humiliation, pain, and even disgust was experience by that princ/ess.
I'm surprised the princ/ess didn't just mindbreak and went completely mad from wave after wave of psychological torture going his/her way.
