Nurturing the Hero to Avoid Death

This slow burn, dramatic trip is so agonizing! I.. it's like a hellfire set off deep inside me, and there's not enough coal or wood to keep it stable. With each chapter I read, I find it harder to sit still. Just imagine me rolling around the room smashing into objects, squealing and screeching at the MC and ML's interactions.

Especially the kisses! OMG!! For now, the two (more like Lian/MC) think of it as an 'emergency technique' but they can't deny it feels good, ah! And the sad backstories...*sniff* How they both are lonely and lost their loved ones... it's so tragic... BUT I hope later on they can confide in each other their worries. :3

The translation quality is amazing as well! Thank you, translator (s), but I need more!!!! *sends good thoughts* <<less

Famous iceberg couple and misunderstandings that leave you bothered but not totally frustrated... This novel is truly well worth the read! I can't help feeling the 2 main leads have a sad backstory... can't wait to read more!

Such a sweet short story! I love the interesting and unique perspective of the maid and how the two leads changed throughout all the different situations they were put through. What I loved most was how everything ties together nicely at the end. *Silent tears drip* LOVE IT!!! ≪3

I read this a long time ago when I didn't have an account here, but now that I have one, I just had to come back and reread this story. It's lovely and short, but heart-wrenching and painful at the same time. Bless the author for this wonderful work.

This is my first review, and all I can say is that this short novel is simply breathtaking. There's such a powerful impact that resonates from the words written that it feels both disjointed and smooth at the same time. I'm not very good with words, but to me this story was like a silk thread turning into an intricately woven web. And the droplets of morning dew on the web could be tears (all aboard the feels train!). The empty spaces between the web could be considered the gaping... more>> hole left in me when I finally finish reading, from the prologue to the commentary (it's so deep--I'm drowning). In short, a beautiful masterpiece. ˚‧º· (˚ ˃̣̣̥᷄⌓˂̣̣̥᷅) ‧º·˚ <<less
