I have a tendency to like more mature love where the characters both have a LIFE and may like each other on the side-- most will be like that. A few will be sweet, very charming romances that make you feel respected / happy.

At best: independent badass leads where the romance is a build up of them doing their own thing and getting to know each other; solid world building; 3d characters all around; fluff that makes you happy and not bored to read; there is actually good plot; there is life beyond romance but the romance makes it nice to read too
