Well, at first it does seem to be a fluffy story but I think you can call it fluffy if you concider angst fluffy....

It is well written as far as drama is concerned, so I'm giving it 4 stars for efforts and tearjerking (not a word but oh, well).

To me it is not an enjoyable read but that's only my subjective opinion, by aĺl means read it and decide for yourself wether you will like it.

The story is does not stray too far from the clishes of the genre but... more>> it does have a few interesting things about it like what is the objective of the system and why is the MC such a heartless b****. Mainly my beef with the story lays actually in those two things cus I have yet to fault the ML. I enjoyed the ML a lot, he was a sweety in the first ark, then in the second he got a possesive personality, directly caused by the MC, and in the third I started reading he was a coldas* mofo. As the novel progresses it seems to me that both the MC and the system aim at emotionally cripling and dehumanizing the ML. I don't get this and I don't particularly enjoy reading about it.

But other than that it is a typical romantic story. <<less

EDIT: I dropped it down to 2 stars because I realized my rating system was totally unbalanced.

After months of passively reading different stories from this site, I finally made an account to drop a review... and it's not quite because I absolutely loved the story. As far as QT novels go, this story is quite standard. It may also be quite enjoyable if this story was someone's first exposure to QT novels. I hesitate calling it a "quick transmigration" novel mainly because the arcs aren't that quick at all. Maybe it's someone's cup of tea, but not mine. (EDIT: Now that I'm more of a "veteran" as far as QT novels go, the arcs are an okay length iirc. Still not gonna pick it up again, though)

However,... more>> the translation quality needs a (lot) bit more work. I understand that the translating team is letting us read this for free and are doing their utmost to consistently give us content, but it feels like I'm reading MTL. I apologize, but it's true. There's also the issue with formatting in the first handful of chapters. The sporadic bolding for some paragraphs threw me off (thankfully it ended after chapter 29) and the italics for dialogue seems completely unnecessary. In my honest opinion, italics for dialogue should only be used for inner thought/monologue or text/messages/phone conversations.

The story is fine, but the summary doesn't quite fit the actual content of the story itself. I'm from North America, so "goblins" have an entirely different appearance than what was portrayed in the story.

Spoiler

Little goblins are literally little... and they're green. Very little and very green. Reading the synopsis, my western thought process was hesitantly intrigued by the thought of a goblin/human pairing. I'm aware that this is my misunderstanding and that I'm completely at fault for it, but having a handsome human falling in love with a little green monster was what drew me in initially.

I was disappointed that she wasn't a western goblin at all, but just a human with enhanced senses.

[collapse]

As for the ML... well, I'm conflicted. There's part of me that wants to give him a chance, but the other part is reluctant.

Spoiler

I have no idea if his soul transmigrates with her, or if she just pair up with an entirely new ML every time. Also, she didn't fall in love with him in the first world at all! Maybe she did subconsciously, but the summary implied that she knew it before she moved to another world. The summary is completely misleading, and I don't appreciate it.

I also dislike the attitude of the ML in the second world. To be frank, I despised him. There's a fine line between dotingly overbearing and obsessively possessive, and 2nd ML jumped that line by miles. I'm currently on the 3rd arc, but I'm not sure if I'm going to continue.

[collapse]

All in all, I wouldn't recommend this story to veteran QT readers, but I would tentatively suggest this novel to casual first-timers. <<less

Spoiler

This was the first novel page I've seen with such an even spread of votes four stars and under. But it makes sense after reading the novel. Instead of having a System that's a tool to jump dimensions or give helpful tidbits, it's basically a convenient plot device to explain why the MC, who was bedridden and from a different world, was suddenly healthy... and in a different world. If you take out those factors this is really a female male 1v1 HE story. It seems like the author was attempting to add new interesting elements to what would be a typical romance story. Except those factors don't change the overall outcome. Basically, a female MC supporting the male lead but with an "enforced" reason. (That isn't really enforced as you have no idea what punishment she would face if she didn't follow what the system indicates. Automatically given circumstances? Eh.) As long as you don't expect the level of plot and character development as FoD and take this more like a romance novel, this could be for you.

On a side note, the translation quality is decent but if you're like me and get annoyed at weird things in text while reading, just know there's going to be alternate bold paragraphs. Not as distracting as translator notes but distracting nonetheless.

Your typical fast transmigration system novel, expect for some reason the way that this novel is written makes me unable to connect with the characters. I have no feelings towards them. And this makes me no want to read anymore.

Plot is okay as per typical quick transmigration story. The chapters are really short, thus one arc takes up around 50 chapters.

My problem with it is that I felt like the way the story is written is really disjointed, some parts do not really make any sense and sometimes I felt like I am reading MTL.

So far the story aren't the greatest quick transmigration story, ... more>>
Spoiler

the FL it's quite distant but that's something understandable when she know that she will leave one day and can't spend her whole life with the ML. The ML have so far gotten alot more colder and you can't really connect with the characters but it might be because of how everything are worded when written.

[collapse]

The first arc and second arc was intersting to read, the story dosen't really paint up a scenary when you read and you won't get a deep concetion with the story and it's character. There haven't been any character development or a plot so far. But it's an okay story to read for passing time or waiting for your stories to update.

The translation need a bit of work, some time it get a bit hard understanding the meanings and what's trying to say and some setence don't really seem right. Even me as a word blind person feel that some parts of the translation will be hard to read and get a context of the story. These things also make you not really connect with the story, maybe it's only me that have dyslexic that are struggling with the reading. <<less

Regarding some of the previous reviews: yes the MC is pretty cold-hearted but honestly I just feel like its coz she's pretty naive in the workings of humans. She has become a goblin as well as probably hadn't interacted in relationships much when she had that incurable disease.

However, fret not :D! She does progress and eventually open up regarding what I've read and hopefully this will continue as the story goes and we'll be able to see happy endings for our beloved main characters.

First of all this Transmigration novel is not your so typical fluppy-sweet kind of story. (In my opinion) It’s more like an action-motivation type. And I've tried to really get into reading this but I just can’t. The whole thing is kinda jumble to me.

The whole story is in present tense! It makes it feel more distant, maybe that’s why it’s kind of hard to really get into the story and relate to the characters, , ,

This story falls under the genre of 'female lead hopping between worlds', and it is crazy good. From what I understand, the story is actually a lot of short, episodic story arcs set in different worlds. This first arc is about the entertainment industry, and it is SO FLUFFY. The fluff is real, the love is real, the heartbreak is real. Although the translator has just gotten to the end of the first arc right now, I'm excited to see what comes next! Hope the second arc is just as... more>> good as this one :) <<less

Ahh I thought I found a hidden gem. Something to ead while im bored because the premise of the book attracted me. But sadly the translation made it unreadable. I tried 3 different sites. (That shows you how much I wanted to read it) but sadly non have done a good job.

No offense to the website/translators who worked hard to provide me a free novel.

So 1 star for the synopsis of the book. Seems intresting if you could get past the poor writing. Another star for actually having a lot... more>> of chapters. But I deducted the rest for not being able to make past ch 2 to see if the books any good. <<less

I found the premise interesting, even if there are other types of novels with the same 'system, ' etc. I really tried reading this, but I don't know if the problem lies with the translation style or the author's prose-- it doesn't feel immersive at all. Usually, when I read novels I found on this site, there are varying degrees of ''immersion, '' let's say, for a lack of better word, but I can't seem to really 'feel' this story.

The three stars are for the translator's efforts, for the story,... more>> I can't seem to say much. <<less
